Sportcraft is an integral part of keeping our business operating smoothly. We use our fleet of motorboats for safety purposes, so we can't afford to be without them. The staff at here are efficient and honest. They are a pleasure to work with.
I have been coming to Sportcraft Marina for many years and my experience with them helped me import was just the same as the others. Thank you for your honesty in describing the boat before we jumped through all the hoops. A truly pleasurable experience!

I was here a few weeks ago and I bought our new C-Dory 255 TomCat. I had been boat shopping for some time and the staff here was excellent- very knowledgeable and trusting and really made the transaction easy.
My wife and I really enjoy the new boat we purchased from Sportcraft Marina. They were also very pleasant to deal with - in my wife's words! Made the whole process easy and headache free. We will definitely recommend this business to others. Thank you.
All the guys here at Sportcraft Marina really know their boats. I was surprised at how knowledgeable they were about their products. They helped me choose the right boat for me. I really love it.
They know everything there is to know about boating. Came in to buy a part for my boat and they were really helpful in finding me what I needed.

The staff here is great. As of now, I am looking to buy used and even with that in mind, they helped me as if I was a paying customer. They were very knowledgeable and have a wide selection on used boats.
You guys are great, really knows about motors and was very generous sharing tips on good care. Even more, honest at one point I thought I had really damaged the motor and you guys could have easily charged me for a rebuild. Instead you guys was able to get it working with a standard maintenance, and following your tips on care it has been "first pull" ever since.
I took my old 64 nauset with a 70 hp evinrude to them a week back when it would bog when put in gear. They redid the carbs and the thing ran like a charm, awesome place. But you may want to book an appointment with time as they were booked when I called them. I will be taking my 13ft whaler sport to them soon!

Recently purchased my second Honda outboard from Sportcraft. The orientation was thorough and appreciated. I've had the motor I just replaced serviced yearly at their shop. Fair prices and always excellent customer service.

My experience with Sportcraft Marina, has been excellent. I have received everything that was promised, when it was promised. Every one should check out Sportcraft Marina, before making any boat, or motor purchase. There is not a better place to get a boat or motor, etc.

We purchased a used fishing boat from Sportcraft Marina. Their low pressure sales and attention to detail with the boat was second to none. The staff took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the operation of the boat and motor. Thank you!

Regarding Sportcraft Marina service I just want to say I was very pleased. Since I don't have a lot of time on my boat, the most important thing for me is that when I have a problem someone from your shop can deal with it quickly and efficiently. That was definitely the case and I really appreciate it.

Times are tough for so many right now, but you are not allowing anything to get in the way of making us aware of what's going on with our boat repairs and working on our time frames as much as possible.... Your staff, as always, has been so professional and helpful in getting the ball rolling for this stuff to get done. Thank you!

Do not take your business to this marine. I took them a nice-running engine, and when I got it back it was trashed. When I complained the owner was rude and hung up on me. He actually expected me to pay him hundreds to repair the damage that his shop caused.
I also feel as though I was lied to byt their joke of a mechanic.
I am not used to being treated so awfully. DO NOT take your boat to this business. You will be sorry, like me.

Treated horribly by the owner. Quoted one price then ordered to pay another before getting my motor back. I dont recommend this company. They obviously dont appreciate the business!

I bought a C-Dory from Sportcraft in 2003 and have had them do all the service since. Ryan went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our boat and every interaction with him or any of the staff has been a pleasure. I always strongly recommend Sportcraft to friends and to anyone who comments on our C-Dory. Truly excellent customer service from a great group of folks!

The owners are rude and will not listen to your concerns. They will not honor their word in scheduling and will bump you to deliver a new boat and make more $$$. They tried to sell me a new battery because mine was dead.....it was only 3 weeks old and on 100% warranty! Owners are hot heads, be prepared for yelling,screaming, and slamming doors/paperwork. They over promise and under preform. I will never take any of my business to them. There are many better places to take your boat and business, don't waste your time.
If you want to be treated like a valued customer I wouldn't recommend this company. I was treated horribly by the owner and was quoted one price and was forced to pay a higher price when I went to pick up my motor. They don't deserve the business. Stick with a smaller company that will value your business.
