My family has been taking our (5) cars to these guys for more than 8 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even living in Philadelphia, I still take the car 'home' to have work done. Neil and Larry are stand-up guys who I know I can always rely on to give me the best rate for their high-quality work.
Regarding the first review, I'm sorry to say the 'marks' probably were there when you brought it in. Rymer's isn't in the business of messing up cars, and I always have the car returned in BETTER condition than when I dropped it off. They are detail oriented and timely, which can't be said of many shops.
Try them for yourself and decide. You won't be disappointed!
I took my car here to get the hazard lights fixed. While they now work, when I picked up my car, I found my dash damaged in numerous places. Apparently these ""specialists"" are not capable of fixing a simple electrical problem without ruining my dashboard. When I told them about this, they claimed the marks were there when I brought it in. I STRONGLY recommend that everyone avoid this repair shop.
Cons: They damage your car!
