We took our tabby to this vet when we first moved to the area. The kitty had been sluggish. This vet (just call her Big Hair) he would not even spend time with us, shake hands, not even make eye contact. The kitty had some knots in his hair. The vet's assistant shaved the areas where the knots were, no kidding! Big bald spotts. We could have combed them out, but had asked the favor. The poor cat looked like a half sheared sheep. We complained and the girl ran into the vet's office and slammed the door. She almost broke the glass. No kidding!\r\n\r\nWhat is with the incense?\r\n\r\nWe found out latter that during the day when we had left the kitty there, that the vet had tried aroma therapy! No kidding!\r\n\r\nWe were given a note with the directions to a cat psecialist in San Antonio. We really should have have read the vibes from the San Antonio vet when we told him who sent us. But he gave the ktty some shots and wrote a note, then faxed a copy, to Big Hair. When we came back with the note and the kitty, Big Hair would not come out of her office. The assistant didn't know enough about cats to make sense, so we took the cat to a clinic on Common Street. \r\n\r\nThey treated the keitty on the spot. In about a week he was just fine and still is. We, however, are still hacked off.

I love to go to County Line. These girls keep me posted on all the gossip about all the poochowners. Who is getting divorced, who is playing around, and who is drunk. \r\n\r\nThey have been so kind everytime they put down one of my animals. A little pricey, but if you want to know the news, this is the place to go.

I boarded my puppy here for the weekend and was given a good price. \r\n\r\nI even agreed to the two EXTRA SHOTS they required, eventhough my regular vet said everything was current. Nonetheless, even with the price I was given it still seemed reasonable. However, when i went to pick up my sweet pooch, I was hit with about 40 PERCENT IN ADDITIONAL AND UNDISCLOSED CHARGES and a very hostile clerk who yelled at me and told me I could not discuss it with the Vet. She also claimed that I was well aware of the fathom charges and to pay or I couldn't get my dog. \r\n\r\nWell, I paid under duress, but my puppy looked kind of light so I asked the nice kennel lady to weigh my dog and we both saw that he he lost a whopping 7 percent of his overall weight in just that weekend! \r\n\r\nI couldn't believe it. \r\n\r\nSo when I got home I called to speak to the Vet but was only allowed to speak to the Manager. I explained everything very nicely but she was not offering any help with the MISREPRESENTATION and the lost weight/ HEALTH ISSUE ( I had even supplied them with my own special puppy food to give my beloved pet). So I guess all I can do is write reviews like this warning others to please BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I have 3 pets who LOVE Dr. Long. Her compassion and patience never make you feel as if your bothering her or asking ignorant questions. \r\nShe makes your visits pleasent and her and her staff treat you as part of the County Line family. On more then one occasion I have entered and been asked about my personal life outside of my pets! \r\nThe fact that their hospitality is just as important to them as is the care really sets them apart from the other vets in town.\r\nThey are also more competitvly priced in the area. they should raise them!\r\nI love that they offer baths, boarding, vaccines, and surgeries all in one place!\r\nWe recommend to all!
