Linda Jewell has been the office manager at washington eye clinic for at least 10 years, she really knows what she's doing and is willing to work with insurance for you. I think she excels at customer service. The wait can be long but that's b/c the doctors are in such high demand.

If you are going here, don't plan to do it on your lunch hour! You will most likely be there at LEAST two hours. Even to just talk to someone about glasses (when NO ONE ELSE IS THERE) takes at least a half hour! They have plenty of staff (usually 2 or three) sitting at the desk and I'm not sure what THEY do but apparently it does not have to do with serving customers who come in.
