Westar contacted me immediately the evening I enquired through ServiceMagic.They got to the bottom of the drain line issue I had to really solve it for the future (which no other company had). I also had an unexpected emergency call at 9 p.m. for a broken hot water valve under the kitchen sink. They responded within 10 minutes! Had a great customer service attitude.
