2They were very professional from start to finish. I was contacted by the company within 20 minutes of doing the service magic request. They came by on that same day to do a quote. They schedule the service within a week and did an excellent job. It was like driving up to a new home. I would definitely use their services again.

The owner came out to the house to see exactly what I had and hand-picked the employee he felt would work with me best. Nickie was late (she got lost, but called to let me know she was on the way and let me give her directions. (I live in a condominium retirement community of 15,000 seniors and it is really easy to get lost.)
The owner met her at my home to assist in moving the stove and refrigerator for an initial deep cleaning of my condominium. Nickie was thorough and with only a few minor exceptions, I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I plan to have Gem provide cleaning services on a monthly basis.

The window cleaner was mature, professional and took a lot of pride in his work. Also he was very, very careful about keeping the customers property clean and breakge free. The owner ( Richard) was a pleasure to deal with. He is very articulate and delivered everything that he committed to. He is truly a professional with customer satisfaction and quality as his top priorities.

This vendor of all that I have used from Service Magic, provided by far the best and most reliable service and deliverables. We had three treatments- power wash, sealant, and wash windows and screens. His staff were professional, polite, gentle with our property and did the job on time without excuse. That is rare for South Florida. I will be using Gem again.
