Oliver Ifergan Atelier

I went in because I was walking around in the area. I bought a few of Oliver's products "Oliver Ifergan" line and they were really great. I love the beach hair spray and the curly hair conditioner. Need to go back and get a refill. Also affordable.

I went to this salon after several bad hair cuts and colors! I had one lady cut one side much shorter than the other and then another lady mess up on the highlights.
I went into the salon and met with Kirsten. We consulted a bit and I very clearly went over what I was having a hard time with. She offered a great solution and voila, the color was AWESOME!
Then Oliver cut my hair and I didn't even have to tell him a thing, he looked at my hair and just went at it! When he was done and styled my hair, I was like "how did he know about this and that" and he just knows how to cut women's hair very well.
I had many friends on facebook comment on how good my hair was and two of my friends went in and got their haircut and colored by the salon two weeks after my hair was done!!
And a little known datum, they've cut many celebs hair and they are still clients so it's a great salon to go to!

Pros: Oliver, Christian and Kirsten - best cuts and color in town!

I am obsessed with Oliver. I have gotten a new hairstylist every time i cut my hair for the last 7 years, until i stumbled upon oliver. I can not imagine myself ever changing hairstylists again. I always get the best haircuts, and when I leave the salon, I feel gorgeous. I always get complements on my hair, and my hair is wild and unruly so I know its oliver and not genetics that deserve my gratitude. Plus oliver and the rest of the staff is so nice! and they are so friendly, and fun to talk to. I just love going in!

I had Oliver do my haircut and Lano do my color and it looks amazing!!!!! I've never had my hair look so good! Everyone at the salon is super nice and it's a great location. I highly recommend going here. I was super impressed and will be going back.

:Wow!!! I never knew it was perfectly acceptable to smear a good person's name. Ms. "Beth" should be ashamed of herself. I am absolutely livid after reading her review.
Christopher has been my stylist for some time now. I AM actually in the entertainment industry unlike the woman who wrote the horrendous review.
First of all Christopher is the sweetest, most understanding and TALENTED hair stylist I have been able to find in all of LA. He gave me a life changing makeover and it is because of him that I have been booked for more jobs than ever before.
There is a little thing called "buyers remorse" and I like to think that maybe like some of us who purchase beautiful homes we can't afford maybe this "person" experienced similar feelings after her hair cut.

This whole thing sounds to me like someone was looking for a handout! Maybe some free bees and she used a bad haircut as the excuse. Maybe girlfriend could not really afford the big girl hair!!

Let's be real shall we "Beth" what really is your problem. YES hair like a pair of Manolos can make or break a look but I don't know anyone worth there kosher salt would ever step foot into a Supercuts!! That is hair blasphemy in my book.

For you sane individuals I could not recommend a better person or stylist. Be sure to have the consultation and make sure what you want is clear. For any reason you should not be happy ( I can't imagine how you could not love his work) Christopher will do anything he can to accomidate you and make you feel gorgeous.

Please disregard this delusional woman's review.

I go here every week to get a blowout from Oliver. The place is fun, cool and everyone who works there is always nice and professional. Lanno is the best colorist- I get compliments from his work every time I update my color- even weeks later.

I have to say it has been a long long time since i got amazing highlights thanks to lano, and oliver took at least 10 years off with his amazing haircut. to any woman that wants to look at thier best i truly recomend the salon.

I sincerely hate to give anyone a poor review, but feel it's my duty as a female in LA (where hair is almost as important as any limb on the body) to inform readers of my horrifying experience at this salon. Christopher cut my hair about a week ago. I have short, fine hair and have been sporting a bob for about a year now. I became tired of my hairdresser who kept giving me the same cut so decided to give this salon, and Christopher, a try. I asked for a variation, some more layers, and some more movement in my fine hair. What I got was a cut that looks like something done with a lawnmower that's left my baby fine hair looking more like a thinning old woman's hair. I've spent several mornings styling my hair in tears because there's not a heck of a lot that I can do to fix it since most of it's gone. I'm in the entertainment industry and always attending high-profile events and I feel insecure now every time I leave the house. I've tried hair pieces, worn various hats, etc., but am still left knowing what my hair looks like underneath. I consider myself to be an attractive female and also place a lot of importance on my style and my hair. I don't feel like myself and it's been hard on my self esteem. Again, as many of you women know, hair is so important anywhere, but particularly in this town!! I know that it will grow back and, in Christopher's defence, he's a sweetheart....but as far as I'm concerned, this does not give him the cred to work at such a high-end salon. I sincerely believe that Supercuts could've done a better job. I did end up getting my money back from the owner, himself, but was initially offered only a conditioning treatment! As if that would replace my hair! I've since not received a phone call, an apology, and/or any type of offer to perhaps try and reverse some of the damage done to my poor, poor hair. I'm now left with this atrocity atop my head and will simply have to patiently wait for it to grow back :(

Really enjoyed my visit to Oliver Ifergan Atelier. I had Craig Cochrane cut my hair and he did a fantastic job. The staff there are very friendly and I would gladly recommend this saloon to anyone.
p.s. they also have great coffee :)

Christopher is an amazing colorist and stylist. With his care and expertise, I have transformed from dark brown to a light/medium golden blonde, without compromising the soft & supple texture of my natural hair. My previous stylist said that I couldn't go blonde without ruining the quality of my hair, which simply is not true. One must find the right person with the right skills, and Christopher is it!!! With his wealth of knowledge, technique, and experience mixed in with his professionalism, positive attitude, and winning personality, it's no wonder why I've stayed with him through the years. He is a rare find!!! I truly appreciate his style and personal service. My hair is beautiful & I love the way it looks....and feels.

Pros: superior colors and styles, courteous/professional staff & sleek atmosphere...

Cons: street #'s get tricky on Robertson, so make sure you're South of Wilshire for location.

I came to see Christopher as a "blah-blond"... and left a sassy short-cut red/blond-head..!
And I get SO MANY compliments!! Seriously, I am (one of his) best business cards: "Love the cut, where do you go!?" "That color is great, who does it for you?" Go and see him, he will not only make you look fabulous - if you let him do what he think is best for you - but he will also pamper you and make you feel generally good, warm, fuzzy. Christopher has the rare gift of making you feel as if you're the best thing that happened to him today. And do I need to rave about the hairproducts... no I don't - just go and find out yourself!!! ;o)

Whenever I feel like I need a pick me up, I head to Christopher at the Oliver Ifergan Atelier salon. Chris sits me in his chair and all my stresses fall away as I know I will leave with a fantastic new hair cut and beautiful color on my locks. Without fail, Chris cuts hair not just as a stylist, but as an artist. He knows how to work with my cheekbones, is patient as I pick and choose different colors, and understands that I'm not the kind of girl who will spend that much time on my hair on a day to day basis. Every time I leave Chris, I leave with a fantastic look that is fresh and low maintenance. I have never been anything but 100% satisfied. And all this is delivered by a man who is not only professional but also sweet, funny, and caring. I couldn't recommend a better hair stylist in all of Los Angeles.

I noticed that a friend of mine had gone from looking 'generally pretty' to 'amazing' on a daily basis, but I couldn't figure out what it was. New diet? New guy? Apparently it was neither. I asked her what she was doing (and where could I get some?) and she referred me to Chris, her hair stylist at Oliver Ifergan Atelier in Beverly Hills. I have to say honestly, I really didn't get how "getting my hair done by this guy" was going to make THAT much of a difference, BUT OH MY GOD. First of all, Chris was amazing! He was sooooo nice and incredibly informative. He really listened to what I wanted (which included still wanting to look like ME and not some high end fashion model). He explained very clearly what he was going to do and somehow, WITHOUT making such a drastic change to my look that I wouldn't recognize myself, he actually made me (formally one of the 'generally pretty') look AMAZING. My cheekbones have seriously never looked this good. I love my cut! It's super-versatile. Chris showed me how to style it so I actually "look like I just stepped out of a salon" every day (no kidding) and somehow, it's more "me" than any other haircut I've ever had. Ever. It's like he created a look that compliments, so you see the person and not just that the person got bangs. Or something. Oh, and my color is AWESOME. Chris weaved in highlights (which I've always been afraid of, but he made look totally natural) and they totally set off my cut and again, my now-stellar looking cheekbones. And now, everywhere I go, EVERYONE (even people I've never met before) tells me how amazing I look. I'm sending them ALL to Chris at Oliver Ifergan! Seriously, this guy is super-talented. I will never let anyone else touch my hair. I couldn't possibly be happier.

Pros: Service Service Service! Understanding, talented staff who listen to your requests and are super nice!

Cons: It was a little hard to find because the numbers are funny on Robertson. I was glad my friend told me it's one block south of Wilshire or I'd have been really confused!

I sent my girlfriend over to Oliver Ifergan Atelier to meet with Shay. She needed to have extension put in for a fashion show and was alittle nervous about the whole thing. When Michelle went in she was greeted with a smile. Michelle said that the salon was amazing, the staff busy, and Shay was professional. Michelle was glad she had met Shay and would go back for the rest of her services. after seeing many extensions jobs i have to say that shay is amazing.

Oliver is amazing. His cuts are the best and l love my new blonde hair color. The salon is very hip with large flat screen tv's and everyone is so nice not your typical Beverly Hills Salon. He carries Kerastase products which are my favorite. I highly recommend this salon for their skill level and the fair rates.
