Kevin....Have you ever been to NY? This hotel is still under construction and the only restaurant on that block is a takeout deli. This place won't be open till 2010. Business district????If selling knock off bags is considered a business, then you are in the heart of it

Good part of town, very convenient to subway if you are going to a show or uptown. Its also right in the business district. Very clean hotel courteous staff. Lots of restaurants right on the same block.
