Pho Vi Vietnamese Cuisine

I am Vietnamese and am so glad to find this place. They don't put too much pho noodle in the bowl. Noodles expand quickly and get mushy and it becomes gross to eat. So when I say not too much noodles its a really good thing. Their broth is tasty and don't go home dying thirst because of MSG is ladled in. You know you have proper Pho broth when you can taste the seasonings without the "brown" hoisin sauce. The family who runs the restaurant is very nice. It is big and spacious. It is in downtown Pomona across the way from Western University of Health Sciences and down the same street as Pomona Valley Hospital.
