I was very satisfied. Tim Roberts is the best service advisor that they have there. If he's on vacation or out, I don't take it in. He always treats me very good and he gets me in and out. Today I was over there. I had ?a heart attack last month and I told them I wasn't I feeling good. He got my car in and out in beautiful time. He's the greatest over there. Just he needs a medal. Tim Roberts needs a medal. He does a fantastic job.

They were pretty rapid and I was able to get a ride to work and get picked up too, pick up the vehicle again. So, their shuttle service was really a convenience being able to drop off the car and get into work while they do the work that was being repaired on the car.

Cary was very professional and attentive to our needs. We had a poor experience at another Nissan dealership (Pinnacle) and he was very sensitive to that. He stayed late to make sure the financing went well and stayed even later to show me how to use the GPS, Bluetooth and various other gadgets on the car.

This was the most amazing experience i have had in a long time. At first they didnt think they could get the deal approved, but they did their best and tried as hard as the could. I had a bad expierence at another dealership and Midway was well aware. My salesman came to my work and picked up the car to have somethings fixed and brought it back just within a few hours. I am very happy

As someone who finds the process of buying a new car difficult, I must commend Paolo Castro for his exceptional instinct when it came to building the car I had envisioned buying. Paolo deserves recognition for his patience and professionalism in making my car buying experience a pleasure. He quickly responded to and corrected an additional charge that had been added to my quote and came through with the details we had discussed. With so many dealership choices the consumer has when buying a new car, it is the salesman who makes the difference! Everyone involved in the delivery process was also a pleasure to work with and I would make the trip from Tucson again for my next car purchase. Thank you ! TMurphy?
