These guys really don't get customer service. Hacked the front of my new truck to get the snow plow installed. Said that they would replace the apron, get me the missing parts and make it right. Nothing yet....

Ronald Carson really helped when I came to pick out my car. Professional, Knowledgable, friendly and not pushy whatsoever. This was the best car buying experience i've had to date!

Stevie Jionzo is the best! The efficient serivce provided by Imperial Cars through Stevie Jionzo proved to be invaluable. We found Mr. Jionzo to be personable, accomodating, genuine, timely and a true gentleman. It was especially nice dealing with someone from our hometown area. It was obvious from the moment that we walked into Imperial Cars that we were customers who were cared for. Thank you for making us feel special and important!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and had a great experience. Mark R was easy to work with, no bs and made the process easy. The dealerships are great and the on property diner is fantastic.

do not bring your vehicle to this dealership for service they charge 3 times what a local garage will charge you! Do your homework and ask around my truck was going to cost 4,500 to fix found local for 1,900 and he did an awesome job! Device dept. Sucks they work on commission and even the mechanics I'd you know them will not refer you to friends or locals.

I have had nothing but great buying experiences with Imperial dating back to the 90's. I have purchased vehicles from every dealership over the past 14 years and things have always been great. They are not always perfect as any product might have its issues but the service is always top notch. I have met the owner on several occasions and customer service is paramount in his mind. I have nothing but good things to say and will be a long term customer.

Monica the supposed "customer service" rep and/ or manager, (laughable that she is even called that), is a complete tool. She's out to make sure 'the dealership' is not at fault..blames other people's driving on a TEST drive as the reason why they sold a car that rattles at highway speeds. No explanation as to why they don't check the car fully before selling. Funny thing is, their sales tells you what route to "actually" take...NONE of which you can even go 40 in rush hour traffic which is when we went down...but if you were to take a certain route...(in which we had to take to show them AFTER we bought the trash), and you pray to God, police aren't around--> you can get to 50 plus to see if your car is okay going "50-60 plus". Ours was NOT. But they hope and are lucky that where they are located, they don't have any real easy access to the highway anymore. Very good for them.
Blames the customer as stated. Imperial Ford sells a car to you, w/ in 1 day of getting it like us, it needed to go in the shop. Monica, and the sales, and service at Ford say that they do a 60 plus point inspection on all cars coming in. Funny, because I had bought it on 8/11, on 8/12 we reported the problem and sales said it couldn't be because it was JUST looked at. When we told them it still was rattling regardless what their service dept. checked... they couldn't get us in to FIX the rattling at 50 plus miles per hour, until 8/19...car was dropped of the night of 8/18 they took until 8/20 end of day to figure it may "be" a tire balancing issue (they were not sure, but they are servicing YOUR car)...they correct a faulty tire, ( belt gone-so they say) they re-balance all tires...noise is still there the night they said it was ok to go home. Went on the highway after we picked it up...LOW and behold-same problem. YOU as the consumer can't get mad at them, raise your voice or anything w/ Monica, or she'll threaten to take you off the property. She's a REAL winner. Had to go back at 9 am on 8/21 to have them re-look at the car. HAD to deal w/ Monica the tool ... The mechanic takes a test drive in the car w/ us at this pt because he doesn't know what the others did the 2 days before....says it's brakes, but the rattling in the dash when also in neutral makes him believe it may be a "wind issue". A WIND issue. Are you serious? VULTURES the sales people are to get you to buy a car, very high pressure sales, and then when you want something fixed, they can't figure out what the REAL problem is, they don't ever check the cars on the lots to see if people messed them up during a test drive which is apparent, because they are telling me a TEST drive of this car or someone taking it overnight could have caused this. Seriously? Someone would have really had to beat the crap out of that car to cause all these issues at once! Monica even had the gall to say it could have happened when we took it off the lot. Although she denies that when you bring it up. She is totally crazy and can't understand why a customer would get so mad at them for this when "they are trying to fix it". Trying? I just bought it, and they have had the car more than I have. WHO wouldn't be upset. But see, it's not their monthly pymt of the car...so why would they care? IMPERIAL FORD is NOT for the customer-she surely is not--run from her. Their service messed up a rim...blames that on us in a round about way..saying there are NO CURBS in their dealership..when if the weirdo knew anything, she would know HOW IRONIC that the tires were being balanced and FIXED and all of a sudden a rim is messed up. She wasn't w/ the car all day. If anyone knows Imperial and "Kevin the RIP OFF Meehan" they know that the dealers whip in and around those 3 sites in Mendon. My car had to go back in forth between Ford and Chevy. It's Saturday evening. You think I got an answer yet to what the issue was? No...but I got a rental w/ a crack in the window and an EXPIRED registration as a thank you while they fix it. Hope Milford Police stop me so they can see that the car's reg. that they gave me to use while mine is in for repairs..expired 5 months ago. yes...March 2010. Gotta love the garbage they sell, say and DO. CAN NOT take real blame for not looking at this car properly prior to selling it. And then when you tell Monica that if they can't fix the problem on the 3rd try, you'll call a lemon law attorney, she tells you she won't have your car fixed for you period...until you "calm down" and she gets her legal team involved. Funny because I spoke to someone else there that laughed at that statement about "her legal team". STAY as far away as possible...their Dodge Dealership is rated an F at the BBB...I wonder why... Imperial all around and their service and their CS and their sales....are as dumb as a bag of rocks. There is only ONE man there that has a heart...and he works at Dodge at this pt...the rest are ruthless crooks.

My mom loves her new car that she just got from this dealership. The people allowed her to negotiate the price and she is very pleased.
