I took my very sick pet rabbit to Banfield, and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Upon bringing him in, the staff was very sympathetic and supportive.
My rabbit was treated by Dr. Morse, who thoroughly examined my rabbit's abilities and over-all condition. He took my pet seriously, as a doctor would a human patient, and treated my pet like the valued member of the family he is. The doctor diagnosed my rabbit as having a parasite, and thoroughly explained his reasoning and the symptoms my bunny was experiencing. He optimistically stated that my rabbit seemed alert and energetic, despite being ill, and that he had a very good chance of surviving. They gave my rabbit prescriptions for an anti-parasitic, anti-biotic, and also a medication to ease his pain. Overall, I believe the whole thing cost me only $90.
Within the first week of treatment, he was noticeably better, and even began to hop again.
I highly recommend Dr. Morse at Banfield Pet Hospital to any loving rabbit owner.
