Gifford Anderson Plumbing Inc

As a restaurant, we have worked with lots of plumbers in Santa Rosa over the years in my business and some have been good, some have been bad, some horrible. What we look for is probably the same as most: quick response time, fair rates, and guarantees of repairs staying fixed after they leave. We were unhappy with the rates we were charged by the last guys we were using so took a chance on Gifford Anderson Plumbing and I'm happy to say it worked out well. Assuming they don't raise their rates in the future we'll call on them again.

Found these guys on a google search after our instant hot water system started leaking. Overall good work and no complaints

Used these guys after getting a referral to Gifford from a friend of mine who had used him in the past for a sink repair job. They came out and bid the job (bathroom drain cleaning work) without charging me, which I appreciated. Turned out that my problem was worse than I originally thought, clogged main vs. just the shower which was flooding every morning. They stuck with it until the problem was solved, and I felt the price charged was fair considering what they ended up having to do.

My bathroom sink drain clogged and after it was clear that no amount of Draino, etc. was going to unclog it, we called Gifford Anderson plumbing. I have in the past worked with a number of Santa Rosa plumbers and was very happy with the work they did.

Note to others having this type of work done: After hiring them I found a handy little device in the checkout line of Target called the mini-snake or something like that.. have used it since then to clear a different clog. So, it's worth spending the $5 to pick one of these up as it will likely take care of most simple bathroom sink clogs.. if it's worse than that, you're going to be calling a plumber... but worth it for $5 to try that first

Called these guys after seeing them on Google, so it was a bit of a shot in the dark. The owner (I presume it's Gifford) seemed like a straight shooter on the phone so I took a chance, and glad I did because they got the job done quickly and at what I felt was a fair price. Shaun (sp?) who came out figured out the problem right away w/our sink and got it fixed in about 1/2 hr.

Gifford did a rooter job for my business in Santa Rosa and the work was done cleanly and quickly. They arrived on the scene within 2 hours of our call which was appreciated. As far as I'm concerned they're the best Santa Rosa plumber / plumbing contractor and we will definitely call them again if/when we need help.

Gifford Anderson is a very friendly company. They were prompt and showed up at the scheduled time. Their prices were reasonable and I found them to be very competent. Highly recommend them. Will usa gain.
