I called 3 times for service of a church elevator in DC. I was put into voicemail, with no return call. I called again and was promised someone would come out to look at the elevator. NOTHING... The third time I called they acted like I had never called before. The only reason I called 3 times is because the church purchased a service contract with Potomac Elevator. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
