Just picked up the car. Flawless repair. Quick service. Rental car on site was nice. Very friendly people there too. Absolutely no grumpy mechanics to be seen or heard of :)

I needed a simple oil change and drove on in. I figured I could just head over to the gym or the mall and kill some time. I start talking to the guy at the desk, telling him some issues and concerns about my car I had and instead of selling me this and that, he actually gave me some great advice and eased my worries. Told me some tips to save me money too. He said he would check some stuff in addition to my oil change and it took about an hour like he quoted me. Came back and was greeted by name, he went over some stuff they found and handed me the keys, I was good to go. It was a great experience, I will definitely go back (for more than just oil changes too) and skip the Grease Monkey fools.

Great work with the Battery and Alternator
Car x auto service is a great service I ever used. It provides a lot of facilities to their customers and other car services. They have a lot of good tools for repairing and other new stuff about auto. They have good tires of good friction and gurantee stuff.
My wife's brake light was starting to flicker when she stepped on the brakes...The other THREE shops that I stopped at said that the brake pads were fine and that all other parts including the calipers, master cylinder and hoses were all in good working order. They said that it was fine and that I shouldn't worry about it. \r

Only after I stopped at Car-X (referred by a friend who said they were pros) did I find that my brake booster (I never even knew there was such a thing) needed to be replaced and that it was very dangerous for my wife to be driving around with the car in that condition. They took me out to the shop, pointed out the needed repair and explained the whole procedure. I can't belive the MONKEYS at the the OTHER SHOPS missed that.\r

The guys up front at Car-X called around to find the part, had it delivered, repaired, and out the door in no time at all... \r

$500 to fix a squeeky fan belt. They wanted $1,100! Advise you do not trust these guys. Go somewhere else.
Read the other locations also. They are all the same: the worst in town.
Too bad I can't rate zero. This place doesn't even deserve one start. Worst experience EVER.
My car was pulling slightly to the left. Took it there and left with the car pulling A LOT to the left. Since it was closing time, I called the next day. They did not have a service where then can come a pick up my car and take responsibility for their job badly done, so I have to go back again and waste another 1.5 hours . Because of work, I went late again (1.5 hours before closing time) so the guy there ""couldn't do anything"" for me because the manager leaves at 4. He also said they didn't have enough time to do the alignment again before closing (put the car in the computer for 1.5 hours is not enough?). They ended up saying they would look at it so I left and when I came back they say it's been fixed (less that 40 minutes). I was pulling to the left so the swap the tires and it's now pulling to the right. That was their fix!
They refuse to reimburse me or do the wheel alignment again, and they won't even understand that it was pulling probably 5 degrees before taking it there but 45 degrees now.
They didn't let me finish my sentences and the guy started saying he was a certified advisor and that I should educate myself and come back and apologize to him! Unbelievable!
He also had a lot of back and forward about ""I just called my manger and he said this and that"" and ""my manager is not available"" depending on the situation.
Now reading all other reviews I see that they do the same thing over and over! This place must be closed. They belong to some kind of organization that I need to find out about and have them close down this place.
Pros: NONE!
Cons: They lie, the steal, and they don’t have the skills
