I visited Cactus a few times during its first month or so of business. I guess they were trying to pay off their business loan in that month. I visited with a birthday party. We ordered a few apps and a few pitchers of margaritas. The bill was over $300. If the food and drink would have better I wouldn't have complained. The margaritas were so sweet that I had to wash every sip down with water. The nachos tasted like they stole Taco Bell's recipe. I was hoping that a good Mexican spot would open in Manayunk but Cactus has failed miserably. If your looking for a good burrito head to Machismo, easily top 5 in the city. If your looking for the full experience head to Dos Segundos in No Libs or Cantina in South Philly. The Bayou
(same owners as Cactus) is great but these guys need to stick to what they know.

Pros: Ambience and design

Cons: Over priced, the Menu
