My wife and I got a pair of budgies from this place, and in less than 12 hours after bringing them home, one of the birds died, while the other was not doing well at all. I witnessed the bird dying a very bloody and painful death. We took both birds back and the manager, after originally haggling and telling us that he would refund us 75% of the purchase price, told us that he would give us everything but the price of the dead bird, stating that there was no "warranty" on the animal. Since we were in shock that day, we agreed on those terms; however we went home not feeling good about our experience. The next day, I contacted him, telling him that the death was not our fault, and that warranty or not, we should get our money back as the bird died in less than 12 hours of our possession. I asked for the name of the owner of the store, and he would not give it to me. In return, he BLAMED US for the death of the bird, telling us that WE had killed it. Now, my wife and I have kept birds, fish and dogs before on numerous occasions, and have never ever encountered such problem. I asked him if he had his "warranty" policy in writing and he said that he did not. At the end, it ended very unpleasantly and I got off the phone feeling disgusted with the whole situation. It really pains me to see people do business so unethically and sell animals that are unwell to make money off of them. It pains me even more that people do not have what it takes to take responsibility, even as business owners, to ensure the happiness and goodwill of their customers - a good customer relationship is based on goodwill and trust. Never again for us, and I encourage all of you to do the same.

I've been going to Pets 4 Us ever since they opened up near my house. My little man used to hate going grooming, but ever since Pets 4 Us some reason he always wags his tail with excitment once we get there.... Such nice people, great environment, i can truely see the employees love the animals. Never seen any wrongs or negatives so not sure what the statement before witnessed. almost 5 year customer and never been dis-satisfied with the care :)

When my poodle was needing a bit of grooming, I took her to Pets 4 Us. I had no prior knowledge of them and didn't check them out in advance, which is completely my fault. When I brought my baby in, I had the opportunity to watch as other animals were getting ready to be groomed. All I'll say is that I was shocked and horrified by the treatment I saw going on. I was utterly dismayed at the manhandling I saw and walked out immediately. I would never put my babies through that kind of treatment. Stay away from there if you love your pets.
