Now this is [REAL AUTHENTIC] Mexican Food at a reasonable price. I lived in Southern Calif and Mex for most of my life and the food here exceeds places out there.
I had the Carne Asada (Steak) plate combo. Everything tasted GREAT and the service and large formal dining room with it music was great. You can tell the chips and salsa were MADE ON-SITE and did not come out of a can or glass like other SUPPOSELDLY authentic Mexican restaurants in the area.

I happened to talked to the owner Elizabeth and found out that she was born and raised in central Mexico - Gomez Palacio Durango Mx, that explains why they had a LARGE variety of Authentic Mexican dishes to include traditional Mexican drinks like horchata and Jamaica natural drinks. Elizabeth was very helpful and pleasant. When I asked why they didn??t serve beer she indicated that they plan on serving them in the very near future. I noticed a lot of Canadians there; they must know what a REAL Mexican Restaurant should be.

The BEST value for you money for AUTHENTIC Mexican food in the Northern and Central New York with EXCELLENT service and great festival atmosphere.

Ticos Tex Mex down the street SUCKS ? that place is extremely expensive, food taste like it comes out of a can and service is also very slow ?. Only thing they have going for them is there booze, if want real food GO TO Fiesta Mexicana at 566 State Street in Watertown, if you want to get drunk and go to a bar go to Ticos in the Public Square. Ticos should be renamed Ticos Cantana, if it wasn??t for their booze license they would most likely be out of business.
