Used DirecTV mover's installation. Took more than 1 week and 10 hours of phone calls to resolve. Installer hooked things up incorrectly. DirecTV filed an escalation which they said would prompt a phone call back from the local installers, Premier. Two days later, found out that this is not Premier's policy. Had to begin over with a work order.

Wednesday, same incompetent installer sent to my house. Refused his service. Thursday, new installer arrived with wrong work order and could not do work. Called his supervisors who said they could not do anything.

Called DirecTV and asked for correct work order. They again wrote up the wrong type of order. After being disconnected from DirecTV 3 times and spending many hours on the phone with them, correct work was done on the following Monday.

Local installer's office was rude on every phone call. Supervisor told me that he had customers who have been waiting for 2 months to have problems resolved. Would cancel service if I did not already own 2 DirecTV Tivo units.
