For some customers the service may be great! My experience was horrible!! I was given 3 different diagnosis as to what was wrong with my car, then told that it could not be fixed in the time the service center person told myself and my husband!! Every time this particular service person, who does not even work on the cars told me to call back in a certain time frame and I did, he either had a different story to tell or acted like I made up the prior conversation. My car was in to get fixed to start a new job and the service person knew this information. I was scheduled to start work on a Monday and 2 hours before they closed on the previous Friday, my car was still not ready!! I was told twice on that Friday that my car would be ready. I understand complications, but not informing the customer what is happening with their vehicle is unacceptable!!!!! I finally was able to speak with an extremely helpful and polite service person, who let me know that the situation should have never escalated to me bawling on the phone and to come and pick up a courtesy car at no charge until my car was fixed! I called the next day to thank the Wonderful service person, and got the jerk that I had been dealing with. Instead of telling me that the nice service person was not in that day, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then transferred to a mechanic who told me the nice man did work that day!!! Some of the employees here need a lesson in customer service and need a brush up on their people skills...
