Crappy service is no coincidence! Looking for a special car and we hit every Toyota Dealer in Dayton but one; they did not have it. Stayed away from the Joseph dealership in north Dayton because there was very negative customer comment and decided to go south to Cincinnati.
Long trip on Sunday and found the car but only a young man that had only been on the job a week. He did his job as best he could, but he needed the sales manager to close the deal. We sat for 30 minutes watching some sales people chomping food, waiting for an offer, then decided to go. As the service manager chased us out the door I saw the Joseph of Cincinnati name on the Dealership.
It has to be the organization, feel sorry for the kid.
We purchased out newest vehicle from Toyota of Cincinnati. We have continued to have all of our routine service done there. When we call for appointments we are usually able to have our pick of times and days. Upon arrival we drive into the building and are greeted by an employee. They put mats on the floor and coverings on the seats. After checking in there is a nice waiting room with a large screen television. All of our work has always been completed in less than the estimated time. After paying you recieve some cookies to take along. All of this comfort does come at a price though. The prices tend to be higher than at small service shops.
