Salesman was helpful, professional and not at all pushy. He was knowledgeable about the car I bought and walked me through its features carefully. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Did most of the process online. They did forget to fill up the gas tank but I brought it back. They even detailed my Camry again for me trouble. Other dealers should take lessons from this place.

I am usually on the defensive side when I first walk into a dealership. I feel like a bunch of sharks are staring at me ready for supper.\n\nAt Piercey Toyota, it was quite the opposite. There was no pressure, and and most importantly, no bs. I stopped by Stevens Creek first, and the sales guy sat me down for hours going back and forth on a price. I finally left in frustration and went back to Piercey. They gave me a price on the Prius I wanted, which also happened to be the best price in the South Bay. \n\nIt was painless, and I actually enjoyed the company of the sales team there. Since then, i've recommended two other friends to that dealership who also bought a Prius from them.\n\nBtw, Mckiver is phenomenal to work with! Such a friendly guy, and just straight up.

I purchased my Prius here last year and I did my search online. I was connected with a salesman that wasn't pushy at all. He showed me exactly what I wanted and even allowed me to bargain a bit. =)\n\nI've been coming here also for my car maintenances. I know it costs more to come to the dealer, but with my new hybrid I want to make sure my car is in good hands. My cars been in 3x so far and each time, service runs very smoothly. It's nice not having to make an appointment and usually they are right on the dot about ""how long it'll take"".\n\nI like how they have refreshments for their customers and plenty of seating for you to work. There's also free wi-fi which keeps me busy and entertained during my wait. \n\nPiercey Toyota makes me not cringe when I have to bring my car into the shop. I know I'll still be able to be productive while my car is being taken cared of.

Purchased 03/23; this is a late review, but here it goes!! Me and my boyfriend purchased a car from David Cepeda, Floor manger and was awesome! We had been having problems financing a vehicle due to semi good credit but no down payment. I had been calling numerous of dealers that all stated they can help but when it came down to it they were all lies. We had been car hunting with no success. Finally i gave this dealer a shot and saw his ad in a Mexican car magazine. Right off the bat he was really nice, and was straight to the point, NO BS! He works a little differently. He actually processed our application first and we waited for a financing company to finance us. We let him know what we could work with deposit wise and what our max was on a monthly payment. The next few days he processed our application, and he worked his magic and got us approved!!! Can't thank him anymore for a huge relief and a great car!! I highly recommend him!! He's been in the business for 15+yrs and knows how financing works! He's your go to guy if you want a great deal!

I crashed my car and it was not repairable so it was time for a new one. I've always wanted a Prius so that was what I decided to buy however it turns out that big quake/tsunami earlier this year hurt Prius production. Of course high gas prices equals high demand along with very low supply and no chance of a discount. Some dealers are charging $5000 over msrp and some dealers are sold out and have a waiting list. Piercey Toyota still had a handful in stock and their prices were very fair compared to other dealers. I almost bought a used one to save money and they had a good selection of used pirius's also. The process was easy and fast. I emailed over 20 dealers.

My family has been bringing their Toyota's to Piercey for years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the service is always done right the first time. And for a dealer their prices are very competitive and fair. A plus is they are right by the Great Mall so I can shop while getting my Sienna serviced!! Woohoo!

Buying a car from a dealership is never fun. I found that working with Brandon Madsen was very low BS and we were able to buy without feeling like we overpaid and without feeling like we gave our money to a bunch of crooks (see: Toyota Marin). \n\nFirst of all, Brandon worked with his manager to give us some pricing information over the phone, something most dealerships won't do. Once we came in, the vehicle was waiting in the front for us so we could immediately get in and drive. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, he worked with us with very little drama, paperwork, or wasted time to get in and out quickly. We were really easy customers because we knew what we wanted and were ready to buy but no matter how great a vehicle is, we do not give our money to businesses we can't feel good about patronizing. \n\nYes, Piercey is a dealership that is out to make money, but they are also very fair and personable.

I had to have some warranty work done on my car and contacted Toyota online and got a call back from them within minutes and it has been great customer service ever since. Piercey was very professional and personable when it came to working on my car.\n\nThey are a huge contrast to the ambivalent Fremont Toyota which I drove past because my personal experience, my friend's experience, and fellow Yelpers experience rate the Fremont one very low.\n\nIf you can get your work done at Piercey I recommend it, this experience makes me want to buy another Toyota vehicle.

I'm not really a review person but I felt this experience needed to shared.\tI've been a user of their service department for a few years. I work right across the highway at Cisco. I dropped my Camry off for an oil change and while I was waiting for my co worker to pick me up, I started looking a new 2011 Prius. Jennifer in sales answered all my questions and was very helpful. My coworker was running behind so I decided to test drive one. I figured since it was a hybrid it would be gutless, but its not, its got plenty of power! Long story short is I actually ended up staying there and trading in my Camry and buying the Prius. I got a great deal and it would have never happened if everyone at Piercey wasn't so damn cool!!

Wow. I can't believe there are one-star reviews here. I've had great experiences here, and so has my friends. The customer service here is the best I've ever seen. I've had my oil changed, and they went ahead and replaced a bulb and washed the car, among other things. The waiting area is really great for kids and adults. The attendants are really knowledgeable. I love that you don't have to make an appointment; it doesn't take that long to be seen. If you want to go to the Great Mall while you wait, they have a shuttle that takes you there. The prices might not seem great, but you get what you pay for, meaning really great service. And before they charge you, they show you what they're going to do and ask if that's okay.

i have been bringing my car here for service for a few years.\tI have never been treated rudely by anyone. I don't know if their prices are the cheapest compared to others but it's close to where I work and the work is done in a timely manner.\n\nOne time I had a part replaced (I think it was some sort of belt tensioner) and then four months later they told me I needed the same part replaced. When I informed them that the part had been replaced four months earlier, they said that they would check up on it. Later on I got a call and they said that the part was under warranty and they would replace it for free.\n\nA buddy of mine who is quite the cynic likes to point out that I've got no way to verify what I'm being told but my car still runs well after 8.5 years and 172K miles so I'll keep on bringing my car back here.

This was my first new car purchase and we had a great experience with Piercey Toyota. We worked with Stephen Tran in the internet department and the first quote we got from him was only $150 over invoice and it included the $660 destination charge!\tStephen was prompt responding to emails and was even nicer in person. He found us the color we wanted even though they didn't have one without options on the lot and he also talked to some of their wholesalers to get us a better value for our trade-in.\n\nEven though they were incredibly busy the day we came to test drive and purchase the car, everyone was friendly and we didn't feel rushed. Jamie in the finance department was easy to talk to and not at all pushy.\n\nIt was a good experience all around and I'd definately recommend them.

I bought the Prius I wanted over the internet (email, couple of phone calls), reasonable price, not much time wasted, limited hassle. The Internet sales guy was Hal Lam\n\nI don't have any other data on the dealership as a whole, my experience was limited to a few emails and calls, and then shuttle to the purchase, but my experience was good. The car and price were as quoted and the attempts to sell me extra stuff were limited and there was only minor pressure.\n\nI only bought the car today, so we'll see about any further experiences, but so far, so good (better than I expected).

First thing I saw was the big smiling face owned by a nice Vietnamese girl with a slight lisp to accompany her words. Rolled down my window and she said ""hello! How can I help you today?"" told her I was due for an oil change, needed to rotate my tires, and tighten my e-break. She smiled and said someone will be right with me.\n\nThen out comes Danny - the man who took down my info and asked about why my front bumper had a slight misalignment -- (I couldn't tell him the story of the poor Mormon who I hit on his bicycle then got up and told me to have a good day -- I am now SURELY going to hell) I just said ""long story."" and left it at that.\n\nAfter putting my info in, I was taken to the waiting room. From the outside, it almost resembled a cafe because they have all these tables and chairs and people with laptops sipping coffee. It's suuuuper spacious here! They even have a ""kid's corner"" with a flat-panel screen tv. I hung out in this area and had the TV all to myself.\n\nThey even have complimentary coffee/mocha/water/milk and donuts! But I got there too late and one of the jerks with laptops took the good stuff and I was left with crumbs. Pfffft, whatever, at least I have my TV!!\n\n45 minutes later, it was done. And my cute turtle shaped light blue Yaris (aka Vael and YES my car has a name) came sparkling from the corner, still wet from the complimentary car wash.\n\nMy total for the service? $0 dollars. Because I gots prepaid service. Huzzah! Great service, great representatives, and very accomodating.\n\nKudos to you Piercey Toyota!

My wife purchased a 2010 FJ Cruiser yesterday. Our salesman Levi and our Finance Manager Cody where both great. I am so impressed with the process i am thinking of trading in my Dodge Ram truck and getting a Toyota from them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great service department, another shop broke my truck and then claimed they couldn't fix it. Ken and Kevin at Piercey took care me and my truck is as good as new. Take it from me, only trust Piercey with your Toyota.

Let me tell you right off the bat, I have absolutely nothing to do with Toyota, Piercey, or any other company that has anything to do with Toyota or their dealerships. I've been going back and forth to this dealership for about 6 years. The first 3 years was shopping for new cars, the last three years was taking my Toyota Highlander into the Piercey Toyota service department for my regular service.\n\nFirst, the sales experience: the salespeople have always been very professional, never ever jumping all over you as soon as you enter the lot. Most high pressure dealerships (and let's face it, those dealerships are always the ones selling Fords, Chryslers, Chevy's, GM's, etc.) jump all over you before you can even walk 4 feet on their lot -- not Piercey Toyota.\tOne time I'm looking for a cheap car, another time I'm looking for the most expensive car they sell -- it doesn't matter, it's always been the same knowledgeable low-pressure experience.\n\nHowever, I never bought a car from them in those 6 years until last week. I bought my Toyota Highlander at Fremont Toyota which is another story (not bad, though). Last week I was looking at the Ford Fusion. Looks very cool, getting great reliability marks. Applied for credit on Ford's website, took a full day to get a response, and the response was I needed to go talk to the guy at the dealership (no reason why). Two days later, I didn't get a call from the Ford dealership, and I was still not sure I wanted to go with the Fusion since it's new.\n\nSo, during lunch at work the next day, I apply for credit on Toyota's website after ""building"" my car. One hour later, I get an email saying I'm APPROVED. 30 MINUTES after that, my wife calls me telling me the guy called my house from Piercey Toyota, said to call him back when I want to look at the Camry Hybrid. Later at 6pm (30 minutes after I got home) the guy calls again (the sales manager) to ask if I wanted to come in to see the Camry Hybrid. He told me there were two different versions (which I did not know), and that I was approved for the higher-end one, so I just needed to come in and pick one.\n\nThat was it, a visit, a little over an hour, and I have my Camry. I'm a family guy, and I've leased literally 10 cars in the last 15 years, and this was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had.\n\nAlright, second, the service experience: Lexus, Acura, Volvo, BMW, there is absolutely no other dealership in the SF bay area that's better or more efficient at service. Every time, service that would usually take 2 hours they told me would take an hour and a half, and then they finish 15-30 minutes early. The first time you drive up, you're surprised at the double line of cars, so you think you'll be waiting for 15-30 minutes, but I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. They have shuttle service, but why would I need it when every service up to 60,000 miles takes about an hour?\n\nHere's the bottom line about Piercey Toyota: you want to buy a ca

We visited many Toyota dealers over the past few days. Most were average, one was horrible and Piercey Toyota was great. They had a great selection and were very willing to work with us on our monthly payment.

I purchased a brand new Toyota Tundra from here and I had such a great experience. Dave helped me through the enitre process and ensured that I was given the best deal possible. He was extremely patient and helpful in meeting all of my requirements. I love my new truck and I highly recommend coming to see Dave to anyone looking to buy a new toyota.

I got my car maintenance done here because it's close to my work. Have had very good experience since they opened for business. Joe Hill is the best!! He's very responsive, very knowledgeable, and explains everything to me in detail.\tHe called me up to get approval even for minute details that were not included in the original estimate. Very professional and responsible. Last time they needed to keep my car over night so he gave me a rental car for free and handed my case to the next service rep in a professional way since he would be off the next day.\tNever encountered any problem with them so far.

I went in to piercey toyota on 09/20/2010 and was blown away by the service i was given. i was promptly greeted by a very nice young man by the name of alan. he asked me how i was doing and explained to me that a service advisor would be right with me. in no time at all a service advisor named brian woods aproched me. he was very nice and curtious. i had a few questoins about my new rav 4. brian was very knowlagable. he went over many of the feautures with me personaly. he explained the service would take about and hour and fortyfive minutes. to my surprise my rav4 was finnished early and even washed! i had a few questions about my extended warranty and brian was quick to help. he explained he was still new , so he asked another advisor for some information. Jodi was very nice and answered all my questions promptly and professionaly. 5 stars all the way!!! will derfinatly recomend this dealership to friends!!

I just purchased my second Camry from Piercey. My first car was actually a lease. I changed jobs and my driving went way up so I was over my mileage with over a year to go on the lease. I figured I was stuck and would just have to pay when the lease was over. Then I got a call from Piercey. Because I always have my oil changed there they realized I was over my miles. They figured out a way to take in my 09 Camry and sell me a 2011 Camry and my payments only went up a little bit! Plus I didn't have to pay any penalties for the extra mileage and now I don't have to worry about mileage because its a purchase. Thanks to the whole team at Piercey Toyota! I really, really appreciate your help.

Perhaps this is because I'm used to dealing with Northridge Toyota down in SoCal (can we say ghetto?), but I was blown away by how unexpectedly pleasant my dealings with Piercey Toyota were.\n\n* Note: I had a 7 AM appointment so I'm sure things get a bit more hectic later in the day.\n\nI went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I happened to have a pre-paid service coupon book, which I had lost. Northridge Toyota told me that they couldn't get me another one, but Piercey Toyota got on the phone with central service and had them mail another one to my home address. The service manager was friendly and got my paperwork done in a flash. It also turned out that I needed my brakes replaced. They called me to confirm and quoted me a pretty fair price.\n\nThe waiting area is spacious and quiet, with free coffee, tea, bottled water, and pastries. There are several comfortable lounge areas with tables and chairs and a bar arranged around flat screen TVs. There's WiFi so bring your laptop. There's also a small play area for children.\n\nIf you don't feel like, or can't, wait around the dealership for your car, their free shuttle service will drop you off pretty much anywhere in the South Bay and pick you up when your car is ready.\n\nThank you, Piercey Toyota, for making something that I've learned to dread a relatively painless experience~

I agree with the last review by Tyle H....I have been going to Piercey services and parts facility for 9 years, my car is now going to make it to 100,000 miles and they are the only folks I trust with my car. As a woman, they have always made me feel welcome, and never felt they talked down to me. Prices are extremely reasonable for a dealership, and I can always count on assistance before and after I take my car in....only place I take my car!

Came here to service my Yaris a couple months ago after I had a horrific experience at Steven's Creek Toyota that had me calling corporate crying sexism. So happy this new location was just recently built and I don't have to go to Steven's Creek anymore. This place is SO nice and HUGE. State of the art modern everything, making it easy to work while you wait. And there's a huge waiting area, not like Steven's Creek where everyone is packed tight and on top of each other. Ed Leiske, the Assistant Service Manager, was very professional & went out of his way to make sure that I was happy after having to get the first stereo that Steven's Creek replaced, replaced again. Piercy Toyota Milpitas is where it's at.

The guy helping, Pida Manivong, is super helpful and friendly. He is patient and helps us to get the bestest deal :) His supervisor, Brandon, is a nice guy too! They both make me and my boyfriend feel super comfortable buying our car at their place. Lastly, the finance guy, Cody, is great too. He gives us a lot of useful information.\n\nIf you want to get a good car with great customer service, go to Piercey Toyota at Milpitas. I highly recommend this place!!

I wanted to buy a new Tundra truck went to a few of local dealers and got turned off. The day after Thanksgiving I decided to give it one last try I drove to the dealer in Milpitas Piercey Toyota. I was greeted by a very pleasant salesman named Mike who took me directly to the Tundra I was lookimg for. I then took the Tundra on a nice test drive then went in the showroom to see what I could buy the truck for. Mike went to talk to his Mgr and then he came out and talked to me we made a deal very quick and I recieved an excellent deal from Piercey Toyota. The manager I was dealing with his name is Mciver he is very professional and the staff was great. I will bring my Tundra there for service. Thank you

I am surprised to read bad reviews about the sales professionals! Because of what I've read, I would like to recommend my life-saver in this dealership so everybody could save themselves from rude people. I hate rude people too!!! My life-saver is Vic Santos and he is a sales and leasing consultant but if you have any other car related questions feel free to ask him. I met him here when I had a collision problem and I was certain I didn't want to pay a penny because first of all I had no fault at all. I needed an estimate and he nicely led me to the estimator and then walked me back to my car giving me money saving tips. When I got my money from insurance, I didnt wanna spend it because there was no damage, really and they told me that the bumper marks could be wiped away by a solution. I was certain that I didn't want to pay for the solution because it's just going to be a one time use and I had no idea what it was and where to find it. I came back to this Toyota because my mom and I was just thinking about a touch up paint and I found him again. I asked him about it, he talked to me about the solution that I still dont know the name, and we went to the back where they do car details. The nice gentleman over there wiped the bumper marks and it went away very easily and now it's all squeaky clean!!!! I AM SO THRILLEDDDD!!!! I didn't pay a dime!!!\n\nThe least I could do is give these people a review!!\n\nNot all salesperson are money-mongering!!!! I feel bad for Toyota getting all bad reviews because of the unprofessional sales people and they bring down with them the good ones.\n\nGuys, avoid the bad ones and find Vic Santos and I guarantee your happiness and your satisfaction. :)

The entire process was seamless and effortless. I appreciated the help I received and the atmosphere was friendly and by far the best experience I had with a dealership. In an otherwise stressful situation, it was stress free, they made the process very transparent and I could not be happier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a car.\n

I stopped by Piercey Toyota to buy my first car. It is a used Prius I found on their website. I'd been saving the down payment for a while and I was very excited. I had heard car buying is not fun but my experience states otherwise. Brandon helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, the price was right and the deal was done in no time. I love my Prius. Thanks to everyone at Piercey Toyota.\n\n* Pros: Very friendly dealership, awesome experience\n* Cons: cant think of one\n

All the old reviews must be at there old location. This place is great. Needed an oil change, I called and made an appointment. I waited for my car there and this place is great. Huge dealership with a great service department. Drove up and someone was waiting for me. Free WiFi is awesome. Great customer lounge with free water, etc. TV's everywhere. Waiting for your car is never fun but they try to make it as nice as possible. I drive a Toyota Corolla but this place made me feel like I drove a Lexus or Mercedes. Great place and I'll be back. Very close to my job as well.

My 98 Camry finally blew up. 300K+ miles and tranny is gone. This was my first car purchase. I did the research and knew I wanted a new Camry. Went online to get some prices. KZ contacted me from Piercey, was very nice, didn't pressure me, gave me a great price and they had the car in stock. Their new dealership is amazing. Its almost like a nice lounge or something. Anyway went in. They couldn't give me a ton of money for my trade which I understood. Whole process took about two hours. Sales Manager were very nice as well. I'd never bought a car from a dealer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I certainly didn't expect to be treated so well and was happily surprised. In this economy I know people are watching their money, so if in the market for a Toyota in the San Jose area, check these guys out. I think you will be very pleased. A very modern environment and a modern way of doing business.

I should have read the reviews of this dealer before I went shopping for Toyota. Piercey Toyota's customer service is absolutely the worst I have experienced and this is not an issue with just 1 specific person/manager but their entire staff is ill-mannered and disrespectful to their customers. I was shocked by their behavior and rudeness and just decided to walk off after getting insulted twice in a week. The first experience I gave them benefit of doubt thinking maybe the sales person is too much under stress due to the recall, etc. but the following week-end I met with 2 other jack asses and same bahavior. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this dealer. On the other hand, my experience with the South Bay Honda (just adjacent) was absolutely amazing and I ended up buying Honda Odyssey last week.

I had a bad experience when I checked a Scion tC in this store....The sales man was rude enough to say that he does'nt need customers who do not believe them (this was because I was not sure about Scion's pure pricing concept to begin with)....Obviously, I did not buy my tC here!....

I can only assume that the better reviews are about either their car sales department which I had no experience of or they are posted by people who are affiliated with Piercey Toyota.\r\n\r\nMy honest experience was that they were truly one of the worst repair shops I have ever doen business with.\r\n\r\n1) The dispatcher didnt tell me they had moved, so I was overcharged for towing, towing cost me $400\r\n2) The estimate cost was lower than what they charged me\r\n3) They didnt fix the problem charged me anyway\r\n4) they lied about when it would be done\r\n5) I came out to their location only to find they had lied about being done\r\n\r\nthe only thing that gives them even one star is that the mechanic who did intake drove me home after the shuttle stopped running. He apologized and said that the management lied to him about working sundays and he felt like looking for another job also. \r\n\r\nPretty amazing. I'd hate to work for a boss who lied to me like that, and if there's a culture of dishonesty (I experienced it via the estimate of cost, when it would complete, the fact that it wasnt done when they said, and throughout my experience).\r\n\r\n
