My complaint is the same as the ones before me. I ordered two onesies and did not receive them. After a month I attempted to contact Ultimate Baby Boutique via their online contact form, but received no response. Only after I opened a claim with PayPal to have my money refunded were the items shipped; however, one of them is not the onesie I ordered. This is an extremely incompetent business and I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from them.

Once again, the Ultimate Baby Boutique has scammed someone. Namely me. I ordered 2 pairs of toddler legwarmers, with Rush shipping on 12/31/10. I not received my order but I was charged for it! I have sent her multiple e-mails, with zero response, and I contacted the St. Louis Better Business Bureau. Finally I called my bank and they are removing the charge and trying to get the money from her somehow. Good Luck. Please please do NOT order anything from this company! I have no idea how they are still in business!

I too was scammed by the Ultimate Baby B*tch. I placed an order on 12/12/10, and when I didn't receive an email with shipping information, I became suspicious. Luckily, I found this site and tried contacting Becky Goudy immediately to cancel my order. I got no response after 3 emails, so I opened a dispute through paypal, and also through my credit card company, and got the charge removed.

I am going to report her to the BBB and the state Attorney General, and I suggest that everyone else who has had problems do the same. This is not acceptable and must be stopped.

I placed an order with this company September 28 2010 and still have not recived anything at all not even an e-mail of response back to my many many attempts to find out what is going on. I am from Canada and thought possibly things were held up at the border, boy oh boy am I glad I found this website to confirm my gut feeling that I was scammed.
I will be battling this to the end cause I spent alot of money and I hate to think of how many more will be scammed especially over the holidays:(

Horrible! I placed an order for Baby Legs on 9/24/10, they charged my account $38.00 and I still have not received my order. I have e-mailed Becky Goudy 4 times now, and no response.

and the phone number does not work! I am pissed off to say the least. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank. That b*tch, she should be in jail for stealing from people.

I don't know how these people are being allowed to stay in business, because if you went to a physical store and they took your money for something you never bought, you could call the police and have them arrested for stealing if they don't refund your money, but somehow on the internet real business's like this one can steal money from so many customers and they don't get arrested because they aren't running a scam. Well, I think that they are running a scam just like all those phising emails, so if anyone else reads this and wants to try to get them shut down so that they can't steal anyone else's money, please report them to the Internet crime complaint center www.ic3.gov they are a legit FBI organization that handles matters like this. Hopefully if enough people report them to the ic3 they will get shut down and will no longer be able to steal from anyone else.

Ordered form their website and they took the money from my account 04/08/2010. The items that were being sent to my granddaughter never were sent. I e-mailed three times and called once to Becky without ever hearing from them again. I have had to file with our Attorney Generals office and have to take time to go to our bank to do a chargeback. Apparently I am not the only one who has had a terrible experience with this company. Placed an order Feb 27th, have not received anything and still have not heard from them. Emailed becky goudy, the customer service and the website several times to no avail. Wonder how many people there actually are...Class action law suit? So frustrating!

I wish I would have read the reviews and THANK GOODNESS my item was only $12, but I tried NUMEROUS times to try to get a hold of someone...they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY NO MORALS. No return call and no email to send anything to. I know it was only $12, but I disputed it on my card, I am not paying for something I didnt receive. This was for my daughters 1st Bday pics, Thank Goodness I ordered from someone else and received right away, I would still be waiting. I recently ordered a planner and it was shipped a few hours after i ordered it. I was all prepared to wait the 5-10 business days, but it showed up in record time. Odd that so many reviews have different opinions. Maybe they are drop shipping some stuff.

Ridiculous! I SO wish I had read reviews first. I, like many other customers, ordered and paid for my merchandise, but yet never received 75% of my order. I received one item with a packaging slip that said the rest of my order would be shipped from the manufacturer. Over a month has gone by and I have not received the rest of my items, nor has anyone from their pathetic "customer service department" gotten back to me! What a scam...not sure how a company who has done this repeatedly is still allow to operate.

Great experience. I ordered a couple of onesies to be delivered the next day because we were going out of town a few days later. I ordered pretty late in the day, so thought I might miss them, but they arrived the next morning! Definitely will shop here again. Such cute stuff!

After more than a month went by of not receiving my order and MANY (and I mean MANY) failed attempts to make contact with someone (I was even being nice), I finally got their attention by disputing the charges on my credit card (I really thought that I had been scammed). After that we actually received our order and of course several e-mails to resolve payment. I can't even say that they have bad customer service because they literally have NO customer service. Babies grow way too fast to order anything from this place.
