I got a call from the woman who does the laser hair removal at Sara Colby, who told me that I had missed my appt. that morning. This was the 2nd time I had been assured that I would get a reminder phone call 2 days prior to my appt., since they're scheduled 5 weeks out. Well, this woman was rude about it and told me that I'm still responsible for the $75 dollar no-show fee. AND, by the way, they were bought out by another company and their prices were going up, too. Soooo, did I still want to schedule another appointment? What nerve! I said, "No, I don't think so", and hung up the phone, fuming. I called back, left a message for Debbie in billing, who, by the way, never answers her phone. Then I called the woman who schedules the appointments to find out the number she was calling. According to her, there was one number off. Okay, could have been a mistake. So I drilled in. She said they left a message. Okay, I hung up, still upset because I KNEW they had not called and left a message. I tried the number she said she called, it was a constant busy signal. Now I know she's lying. I called back and asked which numbers she had listed for me. She gave me the incorrect one again, as well as my work phone, which was correct. So I asked her why she didn't call my work phone? Again, she said she was able to leave a message so she didn't try the other phone. I told her that I had tried the incorrect number and it gave a steady busy or out of service signal. So, I said did the answering machine have a unique or unusual message? Mine does. She said yes. So, I said did it answer in a foreign language? Again, she said yes. She didn't even realize that I was baiting her into a confession.........so, I guess you did have the right phone number, you were just lying to me. She said, I'll talk to the billing department about not charging you for the no-show. I said, you're right about that. I'll also be writing a review about this experience. Here it is......
