Service is horrible. It should never take 15 minutes to get a beer... on a Wednesday night... with nothing going on... after the 3rd time you tried to get someone's attention. Further more, I saw one of the waiters in the restroom, use it and then leave without washing his hands. I had a hard time eating my food after that. Recap: Service = Horrible. Food = Eh. Sort of ok. Sanitary = Nope.

After spending a nice evening at another bar, my friends and I decided to venture over to Ale House to watch the UFC fight. Despite being sober and well mannered, we were treated like a bunch of hooligans. My friend placed his beer on the table for a minute, and was forcefully removed from the premises. His girlfriend went to talk the manager about this, where she was treated badly and told to leave the restaurant as well. My boyfriend and I decided to leave after they shoved her out the door yelling curse words at her. We expressed our anger, where we were also called unacceptable names and forced to leave. I have never been so outraged in my life that they would treat two Army officers and ladies with such disrespect. We were unable to pay for our tabs, yet somehow they were outraged about that as well. I wouldn't recommend going here if you want to be treated like a human being.

Pros: none

Cons: treat people unacceptably.

Tonight my boyfriend was kicked out of Carolina Ale House in the Vista for placing his glass on a pool table. There were 6 of us there watching the UFC fight, causing no harm, just fixated on the fight. Rather than causing a huge commotion in the restaurant, showing absolutely no consideration for your customers, and getting no payment for the beers and food we ordered (because we were not allowed back in to pay) how about you try a more rational approach?offer your customers a coaster or napkin. It will eliminate the possible ring a cold glass or bottle will leave on your precious pool tables and prevent your staff from being complete a**holes. Way to go idiots.

P.S. the waitress couldn't even get my drink order right...good thing I didn't have to pay for it
