.

i wanted to love this place, but i hate it. the staff are annoying and rude. they lure you in with free samples, but only let you try 1 flavor. this asian guy grabbed my sample cup out of my hand and said "no more for you." the guy was like the soup natzi. i told him to forget his yogurt and went to pinkberry.

don't go somewhere where they treat you terribly.

Pros: good yogurt

Cons: overpriced, rude staff

I've scootered by this place many times over the past month & finally decided to drop by and check it out (despite my reservations of patronizing a fro-yo joint named Citrus Valley with a cactus as a logo - i mean, what's the relevance?). Anyway, we walked in--we were the only ones in the place on a weekend night--and i was immediately not impressed with the stifling sense of the space--black chalkboards, black walls, dusty ol' booths, stale-looking toppings ... yuck. We were bold & went for it. The payoff? There wasn't any. While we certainly indulged in the slightly tart, way too icy concoction (with fruity pebbles & cap'n crunch), it was just a waste of calories. Will not be going back. The kid working there was nice, but looked hella bored. And he said the place had been there a YEAR!!! Bizarre ... better to do Blue Mango on Sunset.

Pros: Near the Promenade

Cons: Everything else
