I'm a first-time homebuyer who recently had problems with her garage door. Precision Door Service is actually the second company with whom I booked an appointment (the first one was a no-show for our scheduled appointment). Jake with Precision Doors was very professional, did a great job explaining the problems, gave me the options about what needed to be done (and prioritized them, for my benefit). He finished the whole thing in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to call this company again, if needed.

Pros: Very professional, seemed quite trustworthy
Cons: Price was a little higher than I'd have liked, for some of the parts
