Motorcars Honda

I recently was in the market for a SUV and went to Motorcars Honda/Toyota. I was recommended by a friend to speak with Ray Dennis. He was wonderful salesperson who was willing to take the time to show us ins and out of everything, he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The entire organization was wonderful to work with from sales to service. This was a completely different experience then I have ever had at a dealership.

I would recommend Motorcars and Ray Dennis to anyone in the market for a new car without hesitation.

I visited a number of dealers and used car lots while searching for a used car for my college aged son and Gloria Shirilla and the people at Motorcars Honda were the most professional and courteous I dealt with. Gloria steered me away from risky purchases, shared service records with me and did not appear to be trying to hide or cover up the negatives associatesd with some of the cars on their lot. In short, Gloria and Jay (the used car sales manager) went above and beyond to make my purchase of a 2001 Nissan Sentra a smooth and stress free experience.

Recently purchased a 2006 Honda Civic. Dealing with Gloria Shirilla was a wonderful experience. Very professional and friendly. She welcomed all questions. What I liked best if Gloria did not know the answer she would seek out the answer from her Co-workers. Teamwork. Yes, we would recommend Motorcars Honda to others.

We have been GM customers for over 50 years but decided this was the year to change! Our visit to MC Honda was a great experience- friendly, knowledgable staff - esp. our adviser, Bob Wyatt. I have leased two vehicles from Motorcars Honda. I just purchased the last vehicle. Omar Jeffries was my Consultant. I was so impressed with his professionalism, caring attitude, and the "grand" unveiling of my first leased vehicle, that I made sure he was my Consultant for my last vehicle. IHe kept in touch periodically, to make sure everything was ok with my vehicle. If you want an enjoyable experience in leasing or buying a vehicle, ask for "Omar".

This is my second purchase of a honda. All of my experiences have been good, but this time it was expectional because of Omar Jeffries. He kept me, my husband, and the kids entertained with his beautiful personality and sense of humor(not to mention how great he smells:). He researched the best deals available for our budget, and kept us well informed. He was patient ,knowledgable, and very easy on the eyes. That's always a plus. Thanks Omar. We will definitely see you again for our next car purchase.

I have purchased three cars from Motorcars Honda. I love the cars, I love the sales department and I love the service center. However the "Honda Experience" would not be the same without Joe Bencivenni. Joe makes leasing a car stress free. Joe knows the business, has an excellent sense of humor and patiently walks me through the maze of choosing a new car. I never feel pressured when I am working with Joe. In fact, he knows better than I do which car I will be the happiest driving. When I pull off the lot in my new car I always make him promise that he will be there when it is time for me to turn it in and lease another one.

We are very pleased with the assistance that we received from Debbie in buying our Honda Accord. We felt the extensive customer care when we met Mr. Keith Hall at the final part of our purchase which is financing. His professional and courteous dealings superseded any of our previous experience with regards to customer care.

Thanks to the Cash for Clunkers program..I ended up at MOTORCARS HONDA on Mayfield Rd. a couple of weeks ago...after checking out most other HONDA dealers in the Cleveland area.

I did buy a new Civic there. Truthfully, my husband & I NEVER had such a great experience buying a car (used or new). Everyone at Motorcars (from Robert Wyatt/sales to Greg Kramer /service) is totally knowledgeable, incredibly polite, helpful, etc... They respond to questions & requests fast. Their shuttle service is fantastic (did I happen to mention that their drivers are great too! .... Their showroom and service areas are spotless. Can't say enough of this HONDA dealership.

I would recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION to anyone looking to buy a car. Cheers.

After several weeks and visits to numerous other dealerships, including another Honda Dealer, we purchased a 2009 Honda Civic from Honda Motorcars. Debbie and Mike were courteous and extremely efficient. We walked in the door that evening with the intent to buy a new car if the deal was right -- and it was. We drove home our new car that evening. Can't say enough about them - have recommended them to friends.

Robbie Baughman is a fantastic sales person. I never felt high pressure, he is patient, knows his products well, and very personable. I drove away from purchasing my Odyssey feeling content that I got a great vehicle for a great price, and from a real human being. Robbie and Debbie make a great team. Both of them were wonderful about explaining everything I needed to know...and then some! Flawless transaction. I love my Honda and I highly recommend Robbie Baughman and the Motorcars Honda team.

Recently, I had my new CRV serviced for the first time. I found all aspects of the Service at Motorcars Honda to be excellent. The staff was professional and personal and they were clear as to what was going to be done to my car. The price was affordable and the work was done in a timely manner. Given my busy schedule, being able to schedule the appointment on line (which also saved me a little money) and have my car taken care of after work hours was a plus. I recommend Motorcars without reservation and will return for my service needs in the future.

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT and the experience was professional and friendly! I had been shopping at East and West side of Cleveland locations for over 3 months, it was recommended that I see Clarance Carter, and that he would treat us right, and thankfully they were right!

This was my first experience with Motorcars Honda in Cleveland Heights as well as my first Honda. My sales rerpresentative, Clarence Carter was very informative and helpful thru out the entire process. I was in the process of buying aother car from aother dealership, but because of my salesmans persistancy and sincereity I decided to purchase a Honda. To say I am pleased with my Honda is an understatement, and I would and have been recommending Honda's and my Sales Rep. Clarance Carter to many other friends and family.

I thought the sales agent was very helpful and honest without being pushy. I am happy with what I purhased. My only complaint is that they not get me the title to the car until the day before the temporary tags expired, and that only after I called twice.

I've really enjoyed the service I recieved from motorcars. They are definitly understanding of their customers needs. My sales represenative Gloria Shirilla is one who was very supportive.She put me into an automobile that was definitly dependable, and affordable. ( Chrysler Sebring jx convertible) She gave me a chance when other car dealers wouldn't. And I would like to thank her for that! If it wasn't for her, and motorcars I would still be carless. Or either in a car that I could not afford. Plus, they were willing to give my mom a chance when she was getting back on her feet. Some ten years ago! Definitly buy from motorcars!!!! You won't be dissapointed! They are especially good for first time car buyers!! Ask for Gloria!! She's understanding of your needs, and budget.

I am an old (returning) customer of Motorcars Honda and plan to be returning for many years. Burt Weiss and Bob Androsko have provided outstanding, friendly service each time I shopped for a car. In the past two decades I bought 5 Accords and my daughter bought 3 more. We have been very pleased with the quality and reliability of our vehicles.I also take my car for service at Motorcars Honda, and enjoy the efficient care and pleasant waiting room. The free car wash and tire and fluid checks are especially convenient. It is a great comfort to know that I can stop in for any questions or checks needed.

Burt was especially kind to my children who had to come with me to look at and purchase the vehicle. We have leased a total of 5 (soon to be 6) vehicles from Motorcars and have nothing negative to say about our experience. Joe Bencivenni has always taken great care of us, making the process easy and painless. He does a great job of letting us know what our options are as we approach the end of a lease term and takes care of all the paperwork so there has always been a seamless transition between vehicles. The service staff are knowledgeable, and the convenience of their hours can't be beat.

I just got another Honda Civic from Alex VanNess at Motorcars. My former Civic was a certified Honda used car that I loved to own and drive. Best winter driving car I've ever had.
He cares enough about his customers to call and let me know Motorcars was havng a special buy back on used Civics. With a great trade in price I was able to get an even better monthly price than I had gotten previously.
I have never owned a brand new car before this, and Alex made it happen! Love my Honda. Love my dealership!

This was my first experience purchasing a car from Motorcars Honda. Mark Kaufman was my salesman, and I have not one complaint about my experience. Mark went above and beyond what I would ever expect. He made the entire process very simple, smooth, and relaxing. I had worked with Motorcars service for the last two years with my prior model Honda, and with the "customers for life" program, I actually received $700.00 just in points, from all my prior service.
