I purchased my Civic in 2007 and from the first oil change and tire rotation, knew they would be the only service department that I would use. It was a cold winter morning when I pulled into the service area, about 6am. A lady with a beautiful smile came walking out to greet me like an old friend. Georgiann continues to impress me with her honesty and great service. The old saying "What you see, it what you get" is the only way to describe her. I am treated like a family member. My Civic was having an issue that was out of the norm. Called Georgiann, she recognized that the problem could mean an unsafe vehicle and insisted I bring the car in immediately. They had me in a rental car and on my way back to work in 15 mins. Georgiann had the mechanic checking the car before I left in the rental car. My safety was her only concern and I could never thank her enough. My Little Red Civic now has 130,000 miles and still runs like new. I have the team in the service dept. to thank for that. I couldn't have asked for more, and I couldn't be happier.
Honda Motorcars and salesman NOAH DANIEL are the best option for new/used car!!!
Let me start by stating that if I had to choose between a root canal without Novocain and buying a new car, I would have to seriously think about it. Seriously.
I am an avid researcher ( hazard of being an Attorney) and literally spent months evaluating ALL of my options. I visited every make of car dealership in the area and then when I narrowed my choice to a Honda CRV, visited many dealerships. Without question, Honda Motorcars was the exception to the painful process. Particularly the Sales Rep NOAH DANIEL. It was such a difference on all levels.
We showed up literally 5 minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday ( we were across street looking at a Toyota option) and figured we would just look at a car on the floor and come back the following week. Noah was so cool about everything and stayed late and took us on a test drive of TWO cars. The customer service is unparalleled. We were willing to come back, and let him know that it wasnt a problem based on when we showed up. He really went above and beyond by staying. We were treated very differently at other dealerships. The entire process was amazing.
I looked at a few other Honda dealers after and was even more impressed with an apple to apple comparison. I knew I would only deal with Noah even if I had to pay a little more, however, I ended up getting the same deal and a better trade with Motorcars. They treat the trade as a separate transaction ( another great move on their part!).
Noah handled everything else over the phone and literally drove the new car to my home and took my trade with him. Due to the experience I opted to also take advantage of their "Platinum AutoAwards" option. Which has already paid for itself.
I will save myself a lot of time and aggravation the next time I buy a car. I will only deal with NOAH DANIEL and Motorcars.
Went across town because I had heard good things about Motorcars "no haggle" pricing. Gloria was terrific, and I appreciated her help in leasing for the first time. Everyone was professional, and I would highly recommend this dealership. (Their downtown service center will be very convenient also.)
Cameron was very friendly and made purchasing my first car easier than I expected. We were under a time constraint and he did all he could to get the car I wanted from another dealer since they didn't have it on the lot. At other dealers before they could even run numbers by us as potential buyers they required us to put down a $500 payment-- at least a Motorcars we could look at the final prices of the cars without having to make the monetary commitment.
My car was not shifting properly. I normally take it to Motorcars to be serviced, but a friend recommended another place. That place told me I needed a new transmission and clutch at a cost of $1735.00. I called Ben at Motorcars and he said all I needed was shifter bushings for $266.00! I will never go anywhere else again. Ben is always honest and helpful. He followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repair. Service is a priority at Motorcars!
Elmer Kastelic is a first-rate tech! Had difficult problem with Honda Pilot, sudden loss of engine power occurring randomly. Another dealer did five separate services: replace EGR valve, replace catalytic converter, replace fuse panel, replace PCM chip, replace cam/crank sensor. But problem still not fixed! Finally took car to Motorcars, Elmer Kastelic asked me a few quick questions and immediately diagnosed the problem (corroded ground wire). Can you believe it? Anyway, highly recommend Elmer for tough diagnostic problems.. Was a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I have now bought 3 cars from Robert Wyatt. He is a great salesperson and I cannot be more happy to write a review on his behalf. He always sends me birthday cards and is not just a salesman that sells you something and forgets who you are...actually the opposite. He has an amazing memory and is extremely thoughtful, for example, he even congratulated my wife on her recent retirement (he saw the announcement in the paper) and called to offer a big congratulations and sent my wife and I flowers for the occasion. Now that is a salesperson, we will never go anywhere else!

Ben was a tremendous help in the service department. He went out of his way to help create service around my schedule. He arranged car service and was consistently kind and helpful. The service "front" staff is always kind to my kids, and create a wonderful atmosphere. The service I had was updates on the computer and it hasn't worked out as hoped, but Ben was amazing in that he promised to help fix the issue around my schedule. I have stayed at Motorcars based on the service department and I really love my minivan!
In today's world there a many businesses that treat you like a number.You leave feeling like you don't matter. Motorcars honda is VERY different. Chuck Giles (owner) is the heart beat of Motorcars. The genuine concern and caring attitude he has for the customer makes you feel like family.My car is almost 10yrs.old and when I go for service Georgiann is there, she makes you feel like you are the most important person of the day. The waiting area feels like home and Georgiann keeps you updated about the progress of your service.I never feel stressed during a service visit.I can remember the day I purchased my Honda, they actually have a party room with a disco ball and your car is "presented to you", how special is that!!!! Dean Okafor is the most charming salesperson I have ever done business with. But mere friendliness did not sell me the Fit last Saturday. He knows his job extremely well, and he impressed us with his expertise and his people skills.
I had a Honda before, and know that it's a good car. I expect my Fit to be so, too, and at a reasonable price.

Scott is my favorite parts person. As a wholesale customer, I do business with a lot of parts personnel. He is a gem. When there are other parts I'm likely to need in conjunction with a specific repair, he lets me know out front, saving me time, trouble, and egg on my face!

I just bought at new Honda CRV last night and it was such a surprisingly pleasant experience. I called around to all of the local dealers to get the best price on my trade on my old car and the best price on the new CRV. Ernie is the sales manager at MotorCars. He was so easy to work with. He happily offered me the best deal. Even all of the other dealers I spoke to said that the deal being offered by Ernie was so good I should buy the car from him. I have two little kids so I really wanted to do as much of the transaction over the phone as possible, which was no problem. I wanted to order a car that was not on the lot and I had to put $500 down on my credit card. I was really nervous that the dealership would change their offer after I had put some money down, but this did not happen at all. In fact, my payments on my new car were actually LESS than what they had quoted me. I left the dealership satisfied with what I received for my trade, loving my new car, and eager to refer others. They were kind, prompt, courteous, professional, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Ernie and Motorcars. We'll be back!
Excellent service staff - always helpful and pleasant! I am always treated with respect and in a courteous manner! Repairs and routing maintenance is always completed quickly and correctly! Shuttle service is free and a great perk when I am dropping my car off for longer service visits! A great business all around!
I bought my Honda Civic several years ago and can't say enough about the wonderful service I received from Bob Androsko and Burt Weiss. They could not have been more accomodating and continue to give me outstanding service when I bring my car in for routine oil change etc. I don't dread service appointments because everyone is so friendly and the waiting area so comfortable. I'm in and out in no time and get my car washed to boot!! Recently I lost my honda keys. The person who found them called Motorcars with the number on my service card attached to my key ring who in turn contacted me with the location of my keys diverting what could have been a huge hassle. I traded in the most wonderful truck ever made my Scion XB. I needed more room and get up and go! I walked into the Toyota showroom and saw the FJ Cruiser. It was YELLOW, but I had been eyeing this truck for at least 2 years now! The initial credit process was easy. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. My Salesperson was Mark Csikos. I recently was in the market for a SUV and went to Motorcars Honda/Toyota. I was recommended by a friend to speak with Ray Dennis. He was wonderful salesperson who was willing to take the time to show us ins and out of everything, he was very polite, and knowledgeable. I visited a number of dealers and used car lots while searching for a used car for my college aged son and Gloria Shirilla and the people at Motorcars Honda were the most professional and courteous I dealt with. Gloria steered me away from risky purchases, shared service records with me and did not appear to be trying to hide or cover up the negatives associatesd with some of the cars on their lot. In short, Gloria and Jay (the used car sales manager) went above and beyond to make my purchase of a 2001 Nissan Sentra a smooth and stress free experience.

I was so impressed with his professionalism, caring attitude, and the "grand" unveiling of my first leased vehicle, that I made sure he was my Consultant for my last vehicle. I have purchased three cars from Motorcars Honda. I love the cars, I love the sales department and I love the service center. However the "Honda Experience" would not be the same without Joe Bencivenni. Joe makes leasing a car stress free. Joe knows the business, has an excellent sense of humor and patiently walks me through the maze of choosing a new car. I never feel pressured when I am working with Joe. In fact, he knows better than I do which car I will be the happiest driving. When I pull off the lot in my new car I always make him promise that he will be there when it is time for me to turn it in and lease another one.

I did buy a new Civic there. Truthfully, my husband & I NEVER had such a great experience buying a car (used or new). Everyone at Motorcars (from Robert Wyatt/sales to Greg Kramer /service) is totally knowledgeable, incredibly polite, helpful, etc... They respond to questions & requests fast. Their shuttle service is fantastic (did I happen to mention that their drivers are great too! .... Their showroom and service areas are spotless. Can't say enough of this HONDA dealership.
