Called to make an appointment was put on hold 3 times. Person taking my info was rude. I was told they dont give a window for service personnel to arrive. and I quote "when we get there we get there cant gaurantee anything". I quickly hungup and called another company.

Horrible customer services! Did not give me a time the would be by, just the day...So I took that day off and called mid-day to be sure they were still coming: On the phone I was reassured they would be by. I called in the evening and was again reassured they would still be by. And they never showed up and did not so much as call to let me know they were not coming. When I called the next day to ask what happened, the customer service woman had an attitude like they were too busy to address my issue. I'm pretty understanding; if they were running late, they should have called. At least then, I would not feel like they just left me hanging, let me waste the entire day, and that they simply didn't care.

Pros: They answered the phone and were able to schedule the visit in less then a week.

Cons: They did not give me a time, show up, or even call and let me know why.
