It is very sad to have been a patient at this practice. I have been a healthcare professional for 25 years and I have never been in such an unhealthy atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was the patient at this place. Unbelievably rude staff, they "register" patients at every visit behind a glass wall- but the window to the waiting room was usually open, on one occasion and I could hear the staff person berating this poor woman about her bill. It was very embarrassing. The doctors seemed disoriented or clueless on a few occasions and I ultimately had to go to an urgent care or do my own research almost every visit. I don't think I have ever talked to more rude or arrogant doctors as Dr. Gray, Oberdoerster and Paul- not to mention the hideous staff people. Guess what? Most doctors offices are busy! Is that news to PIIM? I think they feel exclusive as that is always their excuse for waits, not returning calls or not reporting tests. I would just advise you to know what is wrong with you before you go to this group

Pros: nice decorating in the Lilley Road office

Cons: everything else
