I love Blue Parrot for the patio seating, fun atmosphere, and great Mexican food. The patio only allows you to drink alcohol until 10:00 PM, but you can go inside if you are not done yet. The staff are really friendly and attentive, and the specials are worth checking out.
Very good food and margarita's. They have crab rces on Tuesday nights and you can win things if your crab is the fastest.
Blue Parrot has the best Mexican food in Ocean Beach. They have a great selection of Mexican style seafood, and the seafood fajitas are the best. The carne asada is not too bad either. The margarita's are a little pricy, but they are good and can come by the pitcher. The service is awesome and the food prices are reasonable. Blue Parrot also has great theme and game nights and the hermit crab races on Tuesday should be caught at least once!
