Massage envy's policies and contracts are designed with the fleecing of the customer of as much money as possible while providing as minimal of service as can be gotten away with. Their customer service is non existent and they do nothing to try and make sure you get value for your hard earned money. It is almost impossible to cancel a contract with them and they will keep all of your unused credit. They have 964 dollars of mine for which they did not a thing to earn. Avoid Massage Envy in general and with great care avoid their location in Casa Linda Plaza. They are crooks and should not be trusted with one dime of YOUR money for which you actually worked. They are the shadiest local business that I have ever dealt with in all of my years living in Forest Hills
Very relaxing massage and a good value. The shop is very clean, comfortable and the masseuse made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Massage Envy to anyone.
They give some of the best massages around. I am very relaxed after receiving a massage here. I am glad my boyfriend gave me this gift. Their spa is great as well.
