After I discovered that Kia typed an incorrect address on my purchase agreement, they sent someone to deliver me new papers to sign. I asked when I would get the copies and was told Kia would send them to me. I called several times for them and they were always "in the mail." I had to work through the BBB and finally got the paperwork 3 1/2 months after the purchase. The salesman also promised me 2 small plastic panels to cover the holes in the cargo area that should have been in the car. Two salesmen said they had purchased them with their own money because Kia refused to pay for them. When I complained that I never got the panels to the BBB, Kia said I was promised nothing. Magically, the next day I received the panels on my doorstep after identifying who promised them. Also, no one told me that the rust proofing contract required that I would have to have Kia of St Cloud inspect it every two years or the contract would be void. I wasn't willing to do that since I live a significant distance from them and I don't trust the dealership and wouldn't have purchased it through them had I known. As it turns out, the "manager" of the sales department isn't even aware of what their contract says! They don't bother to familiarize themselves with what they sell! When I said I wanted them to find a shop closer to my home to take care of the rust proofing contract, another "manager" wrote to the BBB that he had "made arrangements" for me to get the work done in White Bear Lake. I called the shop to make sure that they had sufficient information from Kia to provide the service and they told me that Kia had not contacted them and they knew nothing about it! Kia of St Cloud is good at playing games, but that's about it. They are not trustworthy! Do NOT use this dealership!!

Not sure if the other posters here are friends of the sales people at Kia but I've never had so much pressure to buy a vehicle in my life. I told them I had a $300 monthly limit and ended up with a payment of over $400. 3 guys surrounded

LADIES BE AWARE! Kia stole my down payment! I went in to get a car after being hounded for a couple weeks that they could get me into a car. I had already told them how much I could pay monthly and how much I could afford to make as a down payment. They told me they could make it happen, and when I came in, they got me into a car, with my payments being a $100 more than I told them I wanted. I also was told by their finance guy that I had to buy the warranty as well and then I gave him $300 as part of my down payment, with the promise of $200 the following week. They kept calling me to come get the car so I signed for the car on a Fri. Picked up the car on Monday and came back that following Fri. and payed the $200 I owed. Come to find out, the finance guy ( no names) pocketed my money and I was called and harassed about not paying the initial $300. They also knew I did not know what I was doing, but I was in need of a car, so they let me drive the car home, over priced, bald tires, more of a payment than I could really afford, added warranty that I am not even sure for what, and then stole my $300! Buyers Be Aware!

I just went in to look because of the 200,000 mile waranty and they were able to lower my payment. It made my day! I couldn't beleive I got a newer car and lowered my payment. GLAD I WENT in!!!

When we first went to Kia of St Cloud we were "just looking" The salesman (Chris) respected our wishes to browse and be left alone. After looking and asking a few questions we were told honestly that kia did not have exactly what we were looking for at the moment but our salesmen said they are constantly taking in new trades and would call us when something came along. Two weeks later Chris called us and informed us that they had just taken a trade on what he thought we might be interested in. When we came in we could not believe the deal he had found us! We were not pressured what so ever and actually Chris seemed as excited as we were. We bought the vehicle that day and now are ready to purchase a new Sorento. We will definitely be talking to Chris. Everyone at Kia was more than friendly, what a great dealership.

Wow, I recently bought a new Kia Soul in June. Several things went wrong. First the salesperson gave me the run around and cared more about goofing around with the managers. Second, they were trying so hard to push me into things I didn't need like paint sealant. Then when I met the finance manager. A word of advice stay away!!!!!! They sell cars to crooks like Denny Hecker, read the newspapers. Also if you read the first review someone wrote, it sure sounds like a dealership emeployee writing this!!!!

We went to the KIA of Saint Cloud dealership around the Holidays and we had such a wonderful expierence with everyone there. It was nice to actually go into a place of business and feel like you are not being pressured to make a decesion right on the spot. Everyone that we met had a smile on their face or something nice to say. We did end up purchasing a vehicle from them and they were very attentive to my questions that I needed answered. They even called me a couple weeks later to find out how everything was.Which I thought was nice. All in all I would definetly reccomend this dealship to EVERYONE! One more thing that I noticed..they didn't just have KIA's, they had a ton of other choices for vehicles too! ( even though we did buy a KIA, it was nice to know I had options )

We purchased a used vehicle from Kia of St. Cloud. They were very good to work with. The downside was that it took over 2 months to get our license for the vehicle and I found out later that all they needed to do was go down to the courthouse to get them.
