Truly the WORST service I've ever received. We went to this bar for a birthday party last week. The intention was to toast the birthday girl, then settle in for dinner and drinks while watching the Bulls vs Heat game. We made reservations with the owner, Joel, the day before for 15 people (2 normal sized tables). Joel added that the manager the evening of our reservation would be Steve and he would take care of us. Sorry to say, but if what happened next is "taking care of customers" then this manager has more than just poor service issues.

Our party started arriving at 6pm. We were told that instead of getting 2 tables, we got 1 highboy table that fit 3-4 people. Instead of apologizing for messing up our reservation, manager Steve blamed us, saying that we were wrong, and our reservation was only for 3 people.

Since the place was packed, a couple of us just sat down (while the others stood in the aisle way) and dealt with it. By 7pm, we noticed that the table next to us had been empty for the past hour. When we asked Steve if we could use that table, he stated "No, and you guys don't have to keep reminding me every 2 minutes!". What kind of response is that??

Another 30 minutes pass and the other table is STILL empty, while our party continues to get bigger and take up more room in the aisle. When we approach manager Steve about the empty table again, the guy went off! He told us to stop telling him how to do his job and that we would never get another table even if one opened up. Ridiculous!!

I've never witnessed such unprofessional and truly offensive behavior. We never even got an apology or an acknowledgment for our inconveniences or the poor attitude of Steve. My suggestion? Skip Theory. There are too many establishments in Chicago that appreciate your business and show you so accordingly.

Absolutely, yes! Great upscale (but not pretentious) atmosphere. Nice, friendly, efficient, and good-looking bartenders. Great variety on the menu - the salads are really good, as are the sliders. Half price appetizers during happy hour every day. You can see multiple games on the tv from any seat in the place. Great all around.

This is the place to go to chill or on the weekends to let loose and dance in the back. I have been there a couple of times and the service has be excellent. They really do have the best bartenders.

Welcome to the best Sports Bar in Chicago! Comfortable seats, a butt load of televisions, and a great staff! The manager came over and put on the game that I wanted to watch right in front of me! Great daily specials, but definately check out the selection of sliders, and the pulled pork sandwich. Delirium Tremens on draft? Whoa, yes please!
