Outrageous Interiors

What a nice surprise to find such a friendly atmosphere in a design store. I was a little overwhelmed with the selection of lamps and accessories. I have a hard time selecting lamps, but not at this store. It was the best selection I've found. They had a lot of different looks, and a broad price range. This is definitely on the top of my list of places to shop often! Love this store!

This is officially my favorite store! I had the best time shopping and choosing just the right things for my new bedroom.

The design staff was so helpful and my room looks great because of them! I get so many compliments.

I can't wait to start on my living room next. The free consultation put me on track and made it fun!

Pros: Everything!

Love this store! I found it inspiring and the designer on staff was very knowledgeable. She was a great help to me on deciding what type of window treatments would work best for my room. I was in the last Saturday, they seemed very busy, but she did take time to talk with me about my design problems. My dry wall goes up next week and I can not wait to call Lori to have her come out and help me. Nancy was a doll too.

Cons: To many things I loved

I walked in and was impressed with their showroom. That's where the good ends. No greeting, no mention that they had a raffle/special going on. They didn't mention anything that they do for customers. I finally went up and asked if they designed rooms and what all they did. I then asked to see a portfolio or pictures of rooms they had designed. They had NONE! Did I mention they design rooms. Awkward silence, then the lady asked if I had an email address. Hello? It's 2010! Of course I have an email address! She said she guessed she could possibly try and find some pics to email to me.....well gee, I would hate to inconvenience you.
Point being, I had $18,000 to put toward the design of a room and you can bet I won't be using you! You shoud have to be made to pay for the gas I wasted going to your business.

Pros: beautiful pieces

Cons: No customer service, they could care less about you.
