My husband and I have our mortage through BOA. I go in every month to pay our mortage since I work right down the street. I have done this several times and have never been hassled. Well today after waiting in line for a good 20 minutes I get up to the front only to be told that I have to have the mortage coupon to pay it, even though I have done this MULTIPLE times without any problems. This is the FIRST time I've EVER been told my check would be refused due to lacking the mortage #. I understand that things have to done a certain way but why wasn't I told of this 4 months ago, or last month or everytime I've been in there? They did the old ""Well we will do it for you this one time, but next time.."" (Which dont get me wrong I appreciated that but still!) Also the tellers are always pushy everytime I go in and want us to open up an account with them, this just confirmed my decision NOT to bank with them. I was greatly disappointed with the service I received. I feel like the ONLY reason I was told the correct way to do this is because the supervisor (Im guessing) was standing right beside the teller (and shes been there and taken and processed my check in the previous months so I know she isn't new).

Cons: Under staffed, Poor communication between staff, Pushy
