James and crew did an excellent job weaving in a new floor with an old one and re finishing it all. James was accessible by phone while his crew did the work. They tried hard to do a good job and did.

James is a very friendly, knowledgeble guy. He explained everything before hand and they even moved our furniture. They did a good job and our floors look beautiful. I only gave 4 stars becos there are lots of holes and small gaps in the floor, and James sent his men to take care of them. but those spots are still visible. overall a good job.

James was the only hardwood floor professional who sat down with us and thoroughly oriented us to the project. His team did a good job masking and sealing other surfaces, and left the place fairly clean. There was some stain on the kitchen cabinet, but we were planning to paint those anyway after the hwd floors were done, so it didn't bother us too much.

James and his crew did an excellent job on our floor. They were extremely courteous and took special care in explaining what they were doing along the way. They also have lots of experience with water-based finishes, which is very important if you are considering using a water-based finish.

I had a refrigerator delivered to my newly constructed home and to my horror the delivery people left a big scratch on my hardwood floor in front of the refrigerator. James came out the day I called him and took a look at the floor and assured me that it can be fixed and no one will notice it was there. The next day James came out and fixed my floor and as promised no one would be able to tell a scratch was ever there. James was very professional and left my house spotless when he left. Thank you once again James!

I called for an estimate, and they came that same day, however late. Scheduled the work for the following Saturday, didn't come at the appointed time, said they would be a few hours late, then called after that appointed time to say they could not come at all that day. Rescheduled for the next day, did not show, did not call. I wasted two of my days off waiting for these folks. Also the owner James, although seeming to be knowledgible and professional was also very unorganized and was confused on who I was and what the job was when I called about the no show. If you have all the time in the world to sit and wait perhpaps they can get the work done for you...as for me, I am looking for another company to do the job.

I scheduled the appointment ,gave my information, and received a call the day they were supposed to arrive just before the appoiintment asking for my address. At the scheduled appoiintment time, they called to say they woeuld be 45 minutes late. I said okay, any they said no we can't come then as there is an appointment after you. I told them that I had taken the morning off. Could they call the next appointment to see if they could reschedule and they said no. Really unprofessional. No respect for my time.

I got quotation from several places, and I select this company because they were extremely responsive to my requests and concerns. The installers were great, and being proactive on informaing the many pros and cons of the many options I had available.
