Floyd's Restaurant Of Pearland

Took the family and out of town guests in on Sat. 9/3/2011 at 6 pm. Waiter did not want to be there. The food tasted like cheap frozen seafood and the Bubba Manager didn't care that we weren't happy with our meal when I told him. The manager actually acted annoyed when I complained about the taste of the food and the red sauce was ketchup and nothing more. The only good product was the Calamari, which was cooked properly. I paid over $90.00 for 4 people and received Catfish that tasted like it came out of frozen food box. I had a frog leg so small, it looked like belonged on a Texas Toad you find in your backyard. My wifes chopped steak was nothing more than a large grissly hamburger patty. My nephew's shrimp had the rubbery texture of prebreaded frozen shrimp out of the box. But, if you like greasy cold french fries, Floyds is your more than happy to fill you up with nasty cold fries. It saves on food cost I guess. Don't waste your hard earned money at Floyds. Take the drive to Guido's on the Seawall or go to T-Bone Tom's in Kemah. Please learn from my mistake and don't lose good money at Floyd's in Pearland. The manager doesn't care anyway! Floyd's is yummy!!! The waitstaff is awesome and friendly. The food is wonderful and served hot!!! I would definitely go back for more fried shrimp, alligator, and dirty rice!
