After years with Pacific Propane with excellent customer service, we curious how we would be treated by Ferrellgas when they took over the business. Quite a disappointment. We were nickel and dimed to death with additional charges. We were also charged a surcharge for not using the minimum 200 gallons per year, even though we asked if we could call when we were at 40 percent on the tank and save them the labor to check our tank. We interviewed Allinson Propane, and found them to be helpful, courteous and a great replacement for Pacific Propane. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering changing propane suppliers.

Allinson propane did a great job for me. They definitely were the most competitive in pricing and treat you as if you were being spoiled. The did what they said and there were no surprises.
