Since 1985 Anderson & Associates Architecture Planning has specialized in residential and restaurant architectural design as well as commercial projects in Southern California. We research with the governing agency having jurisdiction over your property to explore the limits of your project. We design documents placing your dreams on paper and establish the style, look, and feel, outline specific spaces, and assign appropriate square footage to these spaces. We design development plans: we produce the necessary technical drawings and specifications to accomplish your desires. With your construction documents we explain to a contractor in detail, what work needs to be done. Construction management means participating in the construction process in the bidding and site inspections, so you dont have to worry about a design that looks great on paper, but is ruined in the execution.
