I would highly recommend Slo-Fit to anyone with a busy schedule that wants to get in a great workout. I have not only used Slo-Fit myself for almost 2 years, but I recommend the workout to my patients as well. As a chiropractor, I like the fact that it's a safe workout for virtually everyone and compliance is easy due to the one-time per week scheduling.

Slo-Fit has been a blessing for me. I started Slo-Fit about two years ago in Rockwall and moved to the Plano location when it opened. Every workout is with a personal trainer/coach and they are all experts at what they do. Under J-Cody's direction I have been able to change my body drastically. I went from weighing 245lbs to 195lbs while my body fat has dropped from just over 20% to 13% and I am still progressing. I am stronger and healthier now at almost 40 than I was when I turned 30. I challenge anyone looking for similar results to give Slo-Fit four workouts and you will be hooked.

Pros: 30 min, professional trainers always work you out.

I love Slo Fit because I work full time and do not have the time to go the gym every day, and I don't want to work out every day either. Slo Fit is perfect because it fits into my busy schedule, and now my body is toned and looking sexy. My husband loves how l look, and more importantly, I love how my body looks now. Call Slo Fit and try it out at least one time. You are going to love the resuts:)

Pros: only work out 30 minutes one time a week and get toned.

What else is there to say...it's SAFE, INTENSE, and EFFICIENT!!!...I've been working out there for 2 yrs now and I am in the best shape I've ever been in...and that's only working out 26hrs a year!!! 30 minutes, once-a-week is all it takes...why isn't everyone working out this way???

Pros: 30 minutes, Once-a-week, safe, & very effective!

Cons: Sadly there is only 2 locations.
