Absolutely wonderful place with absolutely wonderful caretakers! I have two children attending Kids R Kids Castle Hills and have never doubted my decision to attend here - they made it an easy decision for me. I also love the online viewing and Tadpoles programs!

Taking our child to Kids R Kids Castle Hills was the best decision we've ever made as parents. He has been there since he was 10 weeks old. He is now currently in the 2-year old classroom. He grows more and more everyday. His teachers (in every age group he's been in) have been/are incredible. They offer advice if it is asked, and keep us constantly updated on his progress. He's starting potty training now (yikes) and the teachers are very helpful and supportive. I can't ever imagine having my child anywhere else.. the staff is amazing: they communicate, are open, and very helpful whenever needed. If you are looking for a school with an excellent curriculum, wonderful teachers and staff, and wonderful teachers... this is your place. Thank you for all you do for our family!

I hesitate to even give KRK Castle Hills one star. We moved my 2 year to this daycare in hopes he would learn more and have more structure than his previous daycare. After 3 months, his room had had 4 different teachers. I understand some turnovers at this type of institution but never had I seen it that high before.
The director there is also horrible. There was zero communication which is a little strange because of all the emails they send out and report cards they fill out. All fluff communication that means nothing. My 2 year old refused to take naps and refused to be entertained for 2 hours in an office or at a table with a puzzle or book. The result of this? He was kicked out after a few weeks of this. The director had 2 solutions for me when they first alerted me of the problem. 1. Bring a toy (which is funny because anyone with a 2 year old can confirm one toy will entertain for 10-15 minutes max). 2. Pick him up during naptime from 12-2 (which is funnier because I work full time hence having him in daycare). AND her expert opinion also suggested they thought my child was deaf because he wasn't listening! Again, he is a 2 year old.
My overall view of SOME of the staff and the directors? Lazy. They expect you to pay premium while they can do the minimum. The smart board was usually turned on to you tube videos as well. So don't be fooled.
Oh, and update. He is back at his old daycare where he is napping 1-2 hours a day. Guess I should have listened to my kid and took him out before he got kicked out.

Kids R Kids Castle Hills is an amazing facility! The teachers are top-notch, and the babies are happy and well-taken care of! I couldn't ask for a better place to take my pride and joy. If you are searching for the best place, search no more. Take a tour and see why for yourself! It's the best!

i recently went to go tour this school and what a mess it is!

i don't want to waste anymore time than the 30 minutes i've already spent there, but all i have to say is this....ANY PARENT who tours this school, please NOTICE the PVC PIPE FOR TABLE LEGS IN THE CAFETERIA. can we say cheap owner? i am sure that is not in the kids r kids corporate specs.

also, i was quoted rates different than my coworker who goes there as well. i've been warned before and i guess it's true... ANY PLACE WHICH CANNOT GIVE A RATE SHEET, RUN!! they are just screwing you in the end because you may end up paying MORE than the next person just so they can fill classrooms.

i also find it funny that they named themselves kids r kids castle hills when they are clearly NOT in castle hills.

i've toured other kids r kids before and this one is by far one of the sloppiest ones. for the same prices they charge, i bet i could find a better preschool ACTUALLY IN CASTLE HILLS.

Bringing our baby to Kids R Kids Castle Hills was the best decision we've ever made. The teachers, staff, and owners have made the experience easy and extremely enjoyable. The care our baby received when we first started attending was exceptional. The teachers were very interactive and catered to the crazy requests I made as a new mommy. They were fantastic and made us feel like they really loved our son. Now that we've transitioned to the next class, the care has been consistent. The teachers in the new room already knew his daily schedule and routine, so he didn't skip a beat. Our baby has thrived ever since he's been in care here. We're now experiencing the pulling-up, crawling, and other exciting moments. When he does something new, the teachers will call or take pictures. They always tell us about his day when we pick up... it's adorable to see the activities he's done throughout the day. With the cameras in the classrooms, his grandparents don't miss milestones, even though they live out of state. My husband and I can check in on our little man any time during the day, and it really puts our minds at ease. I wouldn't put our baby anywhere else... it's comforting to know what exceptional care and love he receives during the day, even in our absence.

Our experience with our newborn at KRK was okay, but not one I would choose to repeat. Unfortunately, the cameras revealed too much that I wish I did not see: I would tune in to see my child going for very long stretches of time without any real interaction from the adults in the room, and often wasting away the day in the exersaucer. When they bottle-fed the children, the teachers used the time to zone out, mostly missing eye contact with the children they were feeding and wasting the valuable one-on-one interaction time. Also, when I arrived in the afternoon the teachers were often having conversations with each other about their weekend plans and their workout routines, instead of playing or talking directly with the children. Early on I received activity/learning/interaction feedback on the daily chart, but they eventually stopped filling that part out, leaving me to wonder what my baby was doing all day. Also, our baby co-slept with us and often found it difficult to fall asleep alone in the bright, loud room, and the teachers didn't seem too willing to accommodate our child's needs, once letting our five-month-old go until 3:00 without a nap. Once we decided to leave KRK and stay home our baby began to thrive, but I am afraid we missed some important development time when we could have been enrolled in a place with more nurturing and interaction.

This team is amazing. When I come to pick up my children they don't want to leave. They have hired a wonderful staff of teachers and the director keeps this place moving smoothly. The owners that are there daily. Gary and Angel are so invested in the children. We have tried Montessori, PCA and Childrens Lighthouse and none of them compare!

We have two sons aged 2 and 4 that have been with KidsRKids Castle Hills since March 2009 and couldn??t be happier. The location owners are accessible, friendly, and care about providing the best pre-school experience possible for each child. The facility itself is fresh, clean, and bright and has the benefit of video so that we can see what our children are doing at any time. Most importantly, the classroom teachers are nurturing and engaging and the children genuinely like going to ??school? every morning. Our 2 year old is proud of the songs he learns and the numbers he can count; and our 4 year old is so excited about his classroom??s weekly ??Show and Tell? that he usually plans what to take to talk about a week ahead of time. In short, KRK Castle Hills has given us peace of mind that our children are in a safe and enriching environment every weekday.

I am very impressed with Kids R Kids. The staff is friendly and they actually care about the kids. Ms. Angel and Mr. Gary, the owners of this wonderful facility are always available and run a very efficient establishment. I appreciate their dedication to having a professional staff and more importantly happy kids. My son loves going to Kids R Kids, he often wakes up on the weekend hoping that it is a week day, so he can attend Kids R Kids.

I've enrolled my kids here and they absolutely love it. The teachers are great and the owners are very hands on...which is very rare these days. A great find!

My son has been going to KRK since he was 5 months old. We love the school and the staff. They have accommodated our rather unusual schedule. The owners are always on site and very involved in the day to day activities.

We have been at KRK Castle Hills for a year and it was one of the best decisions we made to send our son here. He is very engaged. People often comment that he seems older than two and a half. I`m convinced it is because of the skills he`s learned (intellectually, socially and even potty training) at KRK. Also, the managerial staff has made a real difference. Gary and Angel truly care about our kids and take great interest in their well being, as well as parent feedback. From the web cams to the covered outdoor playards in the hot TX sun -- the tuition is well worth it. I appreciate not getting additional fees through out the year like I experienced elsewhere. They are consistent on every front!
