I did the SWAT Boot Camp and personal training programs and was thrilled by the results and could not be any happier. I was worried at first that with the name SWAT, the personal trainers would be harsh, or wouldn't understand my needs. I'm a middle aged woman with a lot of aches and pains, and several pounds to lose.

In the end - I had nothing to fear, and couldn't have made a better choice.

SWAT was a million times better than whatever I expected. They are kind, professional, and cared about me as an individual. NOT military-style or scary like I thought. Most of their clients are like me, older and out of shape, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was not just "hard core" fitness programs. It really DOES stand for Strength, Wellness, Athleticism and Training.

I especially appreciate their approach to wellness and whole nutrition. They worked with me on mindset and motivation, in addition to putting me through a workout. Many thanks to my SWAT Trainer and the whole team.
