    Best buy in Florida city is a joke. I bought a computer there and purchased the warranty. The sales man told me if I had a problem they would fix it on site . I told him the computer was not one that we could be without for long . he again assured me that if there was a problem it would be fixed on site. just 2 months later the hard drive failed. I thought ?? no problem . I will just take it back and they will take care of it . BULL. The manager told me the computer had to be sent back to the manufacture and it would take several weeks. After a bit of a disagreement and an hour wait. He said ok we??ll fix it here. I thought great ??I win this one ,LOL? again BULL. When I got it back windows media remote did not work (no drivers) and many other problems . in the control panel were it tells you the make and model . it said it was a dell. I purchased a gateway. What the hell. those of you that know about backups know what happend here. . . When I went back to show them what they did. I was told (with a very bad attitude ) that they would have to send it back to the manufacture. so i fixed it myself at the risk of voiding the warranty .
    This was not the first purchase gone VERY BAD at Best buy. It was my third.
    I install and maintain home and small business networks all around the homestead and key largo area . and now when asked were to go to find the best deals I say ?? GO ANYWERE JUST DON??T GO TO BEST BUY?
    Go to tiger direct in Miami on Flagler just off the palmetto. The people there know what they??re doing.

    I live in Key Largo, and the round trip of 120 miles is nothing but a waste of time and effort.\r\n\r\nThe sales reps will tell you they have everything you want in stock and when you get there you will find that the particular item in question was probably just sold a few moments before you walk through the door, and of course it will be in tomorrow so you can put those additional hundred and 20 miles on your vehicle at a cost of one dollar per mile zone now it just cost you $240 to purchase a $200 item.\r\n\r\nAnd then when the item doesn't work properly you can put an additional 120 miles on at a cost of $360 in only vehicle monies and wear and tear to purchase something that you could abort over the Internet and had delivered the next day for $29.\r\n\r\nAside from that their return policy socks... and you have to wait for a check in the mail for returned items which takes three weeks to a month.\r\n\r\nAnd if all this wasn't enough they are arrogant and demeaning in that they treat you like you are an idiot when in fact they are lying to you from the very first moment they get you on the phone so that you will buy their product and be at their mercy for the duration of your venture.\r\n\r\nI wouldn't buy something from Best Buy if it was on sale at half the price of any of the manufacturer in America!\r\n\r\nThere are namebrand companies that have two day delivery for $29 and 100% guarantees with no questions asked and I cannot possibly comprehend why someone wouldn't use this type of service as opposed to going to Best Buy and being treated like an idiot, lied to, and driving 360 miles for an item that broke 20 minutes after I plugged it in and I had to wait 27 days for my return check.\r\n\r\n It would be best If Best Buy went out of business a.k.a. the sooner the better.\r\n\r\n

After trying to find someone to help (all of the salespeople were standing around in clusters laughing and talking to each other) We finally found a not very informed young man to assist with our quest. He was illiterate on a computer but took our money and assured our new TV would be delivered the following week. We went back to our happy home with dreams of watching this wonderful new set. WRONG. Delivery day came and went no TV. Calls were made. Promises were made. Nothing.We had to drive the 50 miles to talk to mgr. to get our money back and we were going on to bigger and brighter places to buy our dream TV. He begged us not to go and even lured us back in with the promise of a new Blu-Ray and told us our TV would be delivered on Monday. It is Monday 3 weeks later and guess what? NO TV!!!! Avoid this Best Buy and go ANYWHERE else. This has to be the Best Buy from HELL. A huge workforce and not ONE competent worker in the lot. I HATE you Best Buy!\nBRANDSMART USA has Amazing TV's and GREAT service!
