My Premium Car Wash

My Premium Car Wash did a fantastic job on my 2000 Mazda. The upholstery was in bad shape with soil and stains from 10 years of negligence. I bought the car from the original owner. After they were finished the interior looked years newer. The upholstery was cleaned about 5 shades lighter which looked great! MPCW is very thorough in their work and commitment to serving the customer.

On March 31st, I asked My Premium Carwash (B & D BUSINESS GROUP CORP, FEI: 263363421) to detail my wifes car. They came out the next day and washed the car. However, they used a razor to clean the side mirrors and subsequently scratched the mirrors. I informed the owner and he acknowledged that the damage was done by his employee ((I have email proof he stated this)) and he asked me to send him a quote to repair the mirrors. The quote came in at about $201. He did not respond to the quote. I emailed him and called him several times. After about 3 calls, he responded to my email saying he was "out of town". He stated he would not pay the $200 dollars but he would pay $100. He then sent me links to ebay sites that have the parts I need. When I agreed to the $100, he ignored my calls and emails again. This time it has been over two weeks and he has not responded nor sent me payment for the damages.

I have a civil complaint open with Angie's List, BBB and the State of Florida with this company. I'm not the only one.. Stay away..

I can not speak for any other service other than the engine cleaning service and the experiences that i have had directly with the owner. I live in Marathon FL, and drove up to my uncles house in Miami to give my car a tune up and fix a small oil leak problem. My father decided it was a good idea to have the engine cleaned in order to see where the oil was leaking from better. I looked online, and found this company having read all of the reviews I felt it was a professional establishment. I called and was able to make the appointment for the same day, the only thing the gentleman that I spoke to said was that they would be there between 1:30 and 2. He never once gave me any kind of wrning saying that an engine cleaning could damage my car. The gentlemen that came were very polite, we even moved the car and parked it under the shade for them and they said not to worry they had done this plenty of times before. Told us to turn off the car and come back in 30 minutes. So we did. I left the keys in case if they needed it. went for a walk and came back and that was when my nightmare began. the car didn't start, it would crank but not start. The gentleman said don't worry, just let it sit for a while and let the water dry it will be fine. This sometimes happens they said. So I waited 5 hours, my car still didn't start, I called the owner, explained to him what happend, he said don't worry it sometimes happens just give it till tomorrow morning and give it a start. So I did. To make a long stiry short, my car stopped working on Sunday at 3 :00 pm, and did not start running again till Tuesday at 9:00 am when the owner finally sent a capable mechanic to fix my car. the mechanic besically explained that they had drowned my car because of how much water they sprayed into my engine, the equivalent of driving you car into a deep puddle. I had water in my distributer, the distributer coil ( which was ultimately the main reason why the card would not start) the ECU, basically in all of my engine components and all because the 2 gentlmen that cleaned my car were supposed to have had the car on during the wash and did not know enough about engine cleanings to know that. To make matters worst, I thought my car was fixed, was able to drive back to marathon and when I arrived my car died all over again with the same problem. I called the company again but this time they didn't pick up my phone calls or return any of them untill I used a different number pretending to be a new client. I got a phone call back right away. The only thing I want is for them to pay for the damage that they caused to my car and when I spoke to the owner he basically told me he would only pay my bill if it was a reasonable price, that i should have know that there was a risk in washing my engine, he even compared it to going to a surgeon and signing a waver because you know there is a risk, ( a terrible comparison especially because it is completely different and there was no waiver or warning to be signed in a service such as this, otherwise I would never have done it) He also said that If he didn't pay the costs I could take him to court for it
