This is no doubt the best shabu shabu restaurant East of LA, maybe even in the whole greater Los Angeles.

As a Shabu lover, I tried to visit all new Shabu restaurants. And, there are only 2 things that are important to me. Meat quality and the sauces. I am sure most will agree with me, beside the limited few good shabu places that can satisfy the picky taste bud of shabu lover, all are wanna be that kind of fall short, real short. (There used to be 2 good ones, not counting Kakaya in little Tokyo (too expensive)... now only one, Shabu Shabu House still in Little Tokyo... I kind of rule out California Shabu after the partnership broke up and quality kind of went down hill.)

Kin Noki is my new found love, be assure definitely not a wanna be like those ones in Rowland Height. It is still new and fairly hidden in the city of Chino right on the edge bordering Chino and Chino Hills. Easy access from 71 FWY and no wait time, yet. But, I did have problem finding it the first time I visit it.

I can go on and on tell you how great the Shabu is at this place. But, I leave the judgment to you. I can say two things. Meat is very tender and sauces are pure goodness. Hope, there will never be a line to get in this place (heh heh).

Pros: Superb Food (tender meat & tasty sauces)

Cons: Might be hard to find.

I recently tried this amazing new asian restaurant in Chino for their fun and fabulous Shabu Shabu and was blown away! The food was so fresh...great seafood, meat and vegetable platters! I went there with my boyfriend and it was so fun to be able to share food and enjoy the "cooking" experience together that makes Shabu Shabu so unique! I would definitely recommend this place...the service is amazing! The staff is so friendly and help you decide what to get. I love this place!
