I was very surprised to read of you bad experience with this company and can not help but respond on behalf of this company as my family and I have been represented by them on numerous occasions and received only the best that this profession has to offer.

I started to deal with national public adjusters back in august 2009 on a fallen object claim. It is now one year later and i am about where i started.
You can call and leave messages for them till your blue in the face and noone will call you back to give you any status on your case.
They claim the following

. Professi0nalism
. Integrity
. Credibility

To be quiet frank they don??t know the meaning of any of the three words.
Stay away from these people if you have any type of claim????????????..
