The idea of Sweet Carolina is a pleasant southern breeze as sweet and warm as a cupcake fresh from the oven. The personal component is me: Holly Slayton. I’m a mother, a daughter and a grand-daughter. I learned from the best. My mother, a professional business woman, and my grandmother, a professional grandmother. There is nothing sweeter than the taste of a sweet carolina cupcake - well, maybe one of their whoopie pies!!!! Flavors change daily and you can always call ahead to find out what the specials of the day are but get there early because they go quick. If you wait until late in the evening, you might miss out on a salted caramel or a red velvet cupcake - yum!!!! Never fear though, you can usually always grab an old fashioned chocolate or vanilla. And by the way, I hope you like icing :-)
