Urth Caffe is near my work! Urth Caffe is near my work! The day I heard Urth was opening I was so excited. Then I forgot they opened, and my friend reminded me. I got straight into my car and picked up a super fine SPANISH LATTE WITH SOY and some breakfast potatoes.

My favorite thing here is the Tortilla Soup, so much so that I call ahead and make sure they have it. If they don't, I may reconsider my visit that day.

The grilled veggie sandwich is realllllly good too.

The only downside is that it is pretty pricey.

Oh and I saw Juliette Lewis there last week. I smiled and she said hi. I ran as fast as I could to my car so I could sit inside and scream, "OMFG JULIETTE LEWIS, NATURAL BORN KILLERS, THAT EPISODE OF MY NAME IS EARL WHERE SHE GOT ALL JACKED UP AND HAD GOLD TEETH. I LOVE HER." And then I went back to work.

Pros: healthy, tasty, fresh, easy parking

Cons: pricey

why is there no review for the downtown urth caffe? i know it is sort of in the middle of nowhere, but it being relatively smaller than the other urth locations is actually good news because it's easier to get a table, waiters are more attentive and serve you better, and you feel more relaxed and can sit longer. great japanese tea latte and spanish latte, i also love their pumpkin pie and portabello mushroom sandwich. the fruit tart is also a good pick. their carrot cake has a little too much frosting though, makes it feel more like a super sweet cheesecake instead of carrot cake. but that's the only thing i would not recommend. everything else is so great!! i'd recommend urth fo breakfast/brunch/lunch/tea/dinner!

Cons: in the middle of nowhere, slightly weird location
